| stand alone, I had awesome results. However, I made the mistake of combining with ECA, Camp, Omega CreEthyl Thunder, and Glycergrow. All of these reacted together along with too much water and not enough electrolytes led to a severe case of rhabdomyolysis, with total body cramping and resting bp of 160/95 which almost put me on dialysis for the rest of my life and led three days in the hospital. I'm not saying that it was solely mp, but the combination proved to be a bad idea. So anyone who is thinking of a similar regimen please be careful.

Edit: Just to let you know, my results stand alone was a decrease in bf of about 1-2% (because the caliper wasn't completely accurate), but my muscle were more visible and abs more defined. (Went from 9-10% bf to 7-8% in approximately 2 months, with my weight staying around 182-185) |
