im up to 2 caps of MP at night and 12 caps of burn3d throughout the day + sesathin. no cramping at all but no noticeable changes yet. from what i hear you see the change after you stop taking it.

Most of my female clients notice they lose a good amount of water weight from the MP during cardio.. Not tons of weight, but a good 1/2lb fluctuation that once they cease it gets more pronounced..

I've got my sister in law on MP at 4 caps per day and she is dropping weight while on MP. She has dropped 9lbs in the past 3 weeks and is still having some water retention issues.

Yeah I think most of the people ,that claims MP doesnt work as expected, nutrition wasnt in order; therefore, they didnt see results.

Every one on here, that has there cutting diet knowledge seems to have good results using Mp.

Big PeteFox did you imply your a non-responder? or are you a responder ? mentioning your GF tends to lose weight looking at the bottle...were you cutting ? I assume your diet is on track, being an NPC competitor, or just being a big fella on your acavar in general.

I'm probably a non-responder, no water retention and no cramps at 8 caps a day.. I'm gonna try it again with sesamin and CLA to see if they have a synergy..

Got the product! First dose was today. I plan to dose six per day. Is 2/2/2 thoughout the dat the best way to take or can 3 am 3pm work as good?

My diet is right on. also doing cardio. everything in tact. Ill be stacking this with Cla. Don't plan to do any stims while on it; however I might do a stim x cap here on there, but generally TTa, and Cla stack.

stand alone, I had awesome results. However, I made the mistake of combining with ECA, Camp, Omega CreEthyl Thunder, and Glycergrow. All of these reacted together along with too much water and not enough electrolytes led to a severe case of rhabdomyolysis, with total body cramping and resting bp of 160/95 which almost put me on dialysis for the rest of my life and led three days in the hospital. I'm not saying that it was solely mp, but the combination proved to be a bad idea. So anyone who is thinking of a similar regimen please be careful.

Edit: Just to let you know, my results stand alone was a decrease in bf of about 1-2% (because the caliper wasn't completely accurate), but my muscle were more visible and abs more defined. (Went from 9-10% bf to 7-8% in approximately 2 months, with my weight staying around 182-185)

yeah I was considering doing Stim X with this, but decided against it. The best way to rest your adendrals is to do just that. rest them.

To answer my own question two times daily is ok at 3 doses. First day did 2 caps at a time. Today 2 caps. tomorrow 3 capsules are planned.

i tried MP for a couple of weeks and got such nasty cramps on low doses that i just couldnt continue!

Take 4 caps ED, split the dose and take 5-10g taurine with each dose.. Get a good cal/mag/potassium blend as well to take 2x daily..

I tryed it for one month so its how it works limited. I do beleive it worked.
