| Registered User | Ok, took my first 2 caps of MP with my morning pill regime after breakfast. About 3 hours later i'm noticing my right calf starting to tighten. Now my water intake isnt great at the best of times, but today i'm actively going to drink as much as i can to see what happens with this calf and wether or not it develops into anything more debilatating. |

| Registered User | Tightness gone within 2-3 hours of last post, whether this is down to me drinking enough water to start a hose pipe ban or wether this is the MP half-life running down, i guess i'll find out later when i take my next 2 pills. Feel warmer but not significantly. |

| Board Supporter | my wife lost about 1/2 lb a week. she looks leaner. its a big deal for her to lose weight so the results were good, but I was hoping for 1lb/wk or more. 6' 195 lbs. 32" waist 16 inch arms. |

Also TINYTOAD I was wondering what your final results ended up being. I know you said that 2 weeks was too short to provide adequate feedback, so I was wondering how it worked out for you (or are you still taking it?)

| Gold Member | From what I recall, I lost something like 12 or 13 pounds in about three weeks. I stopped the MP because of cramping issues. Robboe gave me recommendations for stacking MP with GXR, LX, and RXT in a private message. Yes, I think the GXR, LX, and RXT made a difference, because while dieting, I maintained all my muscle, and possibly even added a pound or two. I started back with MP at 8 caps per day, about two weeks ago. I started off with the older "putty scented" MP, but have switched over to the newer stuff that has virtually no smell. As of this moment, I'm down six pounds. I have not experienced "The DOMS from Hell" or any significant cramping this time around. I have also supplemented my diet with potassium gluconate. A key thing to remember, is that you need to have a good clean diet, and it helps to use something like the Calorie King software to help you count your calories, otherwise you might find yourself with increased hunger, and wind up canceling the benefits from MP, by inadvertently over-eating. My diet has been clean now for months and I have been tracking everything with the FitDay software. I plan all of my meals in advance so that I hit my macros/totals correctly. I have been following all of the melting point threads for a while on BB.com and only recently signed up over here to get more information. I've read and re-read many of the posts and with the recent price-break decided to go ahead and give it a shot. I do appreciate the response. | |

| Registered User | yesterday I upped my dosage to 8 caps per day and I'm in my 2nd week. I'm not noticing any sides still. Weird I must be the only one. |

you're probably drinking *too much* water - until you get stable MP levels, & start detecting genuine effects (see above), normal intake for your climate/activitylevel, etc will probably be adequate. instead of lots more water NOW, try 12oz of electroyte replacement, starting at 10 days. I know that I'm replying to an old post, but thought this might have value still. TruffleShuffle - how 'bout an update? how're you doin?

| Registered User | Down roughly 6 pounds in 2 weeks, also using GXR 2-3x a day. Cramping/Soreness in calves, hamstrings, traps, and bis/forearms. But I like the stuff too much to stop. I think I may not be getting enough potassium. Headaches were also a problem, but drinking more water helped. |

| Registered User | 6 caps, couple times i've fallen asleep though and only gotten 4 in. When I started I weighed 181.5 in the morning, today i weighed in at 174.5, but I was a little dehydrated. I seem to sleep more and need more sleep to feel rested also. |

| Handsome and intelligent Board Sponsor | Are you holding any water beneath the skin also, brogers? |

| Registered User | Well I just came off today, woke up at 174.0 normal hydration. I was on it for 24 days I believe. Robboe, I think I am holding a bit of water on my abdomen, i'll respond again in several days, as it clears my system, only time will tell for sure. |

| Registered User | As an aside, I've found the rise in body temperature to be most apparent. I had cramping issues during the first week that made cardio a miserable experience. However, the cramping subsided by week 2. Moving along now, having complete a full four weeks, the body heat is most noticeable. I literally feel an esclating rise in core temp and subsequently, feel sweat come on to cool my body off. I'm on a mild-cut at the moment. If anything, I wanted to see how I would respond to MP. |
