I agree there may be some underdosing, but at that cost, it is going to get very expensive to see any outstanding results when constantly upping the dose.

I have been up to 8 a day for 6 days now.

Noticable increase in sweating. Fat loss is still about the same, maybe slightly higher.
I am eating more calories, and my metabolism has definitely increased.

I am still not sold. For someone like me i think that the dose would need to be even higher, maybe 12 caps.

At 4 i noticed almsot nothing

at 6 i noticed a little bit more, still not much.

at 8 caps i am noticing even more, not enough though.

does anyone else think that the dose needs to be even high than 8 caps?

you're eating more...but fat loss has stayed the same. So if you ate less, fat loss would be higher? Also, I don't remember, are you giving us scale loss or caliper loss?
Someone here was dosing 10 or a dozen.
Someone like you...what's that mean? A bigger guy? A non responder?
(I ask as a 260+ pounder with about 15%bf who's scared I might have to use a dozen a day).

A non responder

Weight lost is ~11 lbs inless than 5 weeks

some of that weight was muscle from low test levels, combiend with a ton of cardio and bad luck during pct

i weigh much less than (under 190) you at ~13% bf

I am a non responder to other proucts as well at the reccomended dosage. At 6 caps lean xtreme ED i noticed a very minute effect.

Like i said, i think that at 12 caps ED i woudl probably notice a significant increase in fat loss.

you know, I was thinking the same thing, Syr. I have to wonder why you'd use a supp like this during PCT or shortly after, when the body is already stressed? I don't pretend to know any answers, I just have questions.

I'd be very reluctant to take more than 6 per day for very long.

I suspect that my dosage messed w/ my mental clarity (or maybe it was the heat prostration)...in any event, I'd (now) go above 6 only for brief periods, and I'm inclining toward dosing as little as 3 ed (1 every 8).

a "non-responder? could just be your expectations are out of line....

Anywhere from 4-7 lbs was muscle. Its tough to tell, but measurements and lifts all went down as the number on the scale got lower.

Why were you dieting during PCT?

Also, if you were on-cycle, some of that weight loss would be water from coming off the androgen, not necessary "muscle" loss per se. Yes, it is LBM, but it is also temporary retention from using the drug.

I was trying to use MP so that i could eat more calories during pct. I was suprised that i only lost that much muscle, my test was shut down and the RXT was bunk.

After 3 weeks i started dieting.

I dont think any of the weight lost was water, i was ripped to shreds while on SD, and when coming off SD i started retaining more water.

I really am not bashing on MP at all, but for me personally, i would probably see much better resutls at 12 caps ED.

No i really am a non responder, i had to double the dose of LX to notice anything.

My expectations were too high, but regardless at 4 caps ED i really didn't notice much. At 8 caps it is much more noticable.

I really like the idea of using MP with Sesathing to be able to consume a lot amount of calories during pct without putting on fat.

I am on my 3rd day of MP x 8 caps/day... I'm getting cramps like mad...
These are all over my body, on my previous MP cycle I had gotten them only in my legs really. No increase in sweating. I have noticed an increase in appetite. I have noticed nothing in the way of fat loss or prevention. My last cycle was 4 weeks of Mp 4x a day(but it also included sesathin)
