GXR and Lean Xtreme Stack

  1. GXR and Lean Xtreme Stack


    Are there any logs of this stack in the forum, can't see any on a search?

    If not what would opinion be on stacking these 2 supps together, looks good on paper, wondering if anybody experienced in DS Supps would agree.

    I'm considering the following:

    GXR - 1 Cap with breakfast, 2 with PWO shake.
    LXtreme - 2 Caps immediately upon waking, 2 caps immediately before bed and 2 caps PWO shake or 6pm non-workout days.

    Other supps:

    Flax/Fish Oils
    Dymatize Elite Whey
    Dextrose
    SAN CM2 (possibly)

    I may also run Rebound XT with these for a 2nd, but not initially.

    edit: I'd say you're too high on the LX dosage though. Most people do 4... 2 on waking, 1 a few hours later, and 1 before bed. I'm doing 3 right now so my bottle lasts a little longer.

    agreed, 6 LX isn't necessary.

    planning on trying a glucophase/LX cycle myself, keep a log if you have the time.

  5. Yeah I've changed the dosing now, kept in line with spitboy's comments.

    I will run a log and post the results either during cycle or at least a comprehensive post review.

  7. yeah diet has been in check for a while. I'm on a pretty strict CKD diet and just starting to lower carbs/fats further. I'm getting 300g protein a day minimum. I currently weigh 168lbs at 11.7%BF

  8. Having said that, I might not lower the carbs too much to see if GXR makes a difference in transporting them to muscle over fat cells. I'll up the cardio a little though.
