Alright, time to get this thread rolling.
Yours truly has been selected to test Superdrol for the Hardgainer/Ectomorph category. Also known as "the skinny bastard"group.
Dosing Parameters: Sldge has requested that I dose on the low end, hoping that with my lower bodyweight and leanness I can get a good response from it. That said, I will be starting at 10mg/day then going up to 20mg/day. No higher
Some History: I'm 31. I will be turning 32 during the course of the test. I have lifted weights since I was 15, but wasted half that time making the usual mistakes and neglecting nutrition. I got serious training wise about 7 years ago, but progress was slow because heavy manual labor jobs and poor nutrition.(chonic overtraining.) I left that behind and became a trainer 3 1/2 years ago. That's when I got my **** together with training AND nutrition. I've made better gains in that short time than I did the 10 years previous.Since becoming a trainer, I have put on a good 25lbs of quality lean mass while lowering my bodyfat from 17% at my pudgiest to 5% at my leanest. I'm proud of what I have accomplished in that time, and believe me it did not come easy. I bust my ass for every ounce of muscle.
Nutrition: I'm shooting for roughly 2200 to 2500 cals/day, spread over 5 meals consisting of roughly 45gm protein,15 gm fat and between 30 and 70 grams of carbs. Higher carb meals pre and post WO of course.
Training: I have been doing ass loads of low intensity cardio (65%APMHR). Trying to do 2 hrs /day in 2 sessions most days of the week. That's how I really get lean without lowering calories drasticly, or using any fat loss supps.
For strength training, I'm doing a 4 day split right now that looks like this:
Day 1. Bis/ Tris
Day 2. Legs/ Core
Day 3. Back/Chest
Day 4. Shoulders
I wish I could give you some big poundages on the maijor lifts, but over the years, I have aquired many injuries witch I must train around to avoid agravating. Machine chest presses are about all my shoulders can tolerate for benching.Both of my rotator cuffs are fried from climbing trees for a living. I also have a herniated disc in my back, so all I squat is 180. That's ASS TO GROUND though. Rest assured, I'll keep track of my usual weights and let you guys know of any increases.

Aren't you bulking? I realize you are lean as hell, but that is a very low amount of calories for a "hardgainer/ecto on androgens".

It does seem low, but I wish you all the luck, and it seems to me that you have found what works over the years.

I would say yes I'm bukling, but I'm not looking to gain any fat.I will be increasing my carbs from the last few weeks. You'll just have to trust that I know my body well and I know where the line is for me when I start to gain fat. Even on a cycle.Originally Posted by Twin Peak

Yeah possibly. Depending on how it goes though, I may increase calories if I feel it is nessesary. If my apetite increases, I'll take that as a sign to bump it up. We'll see.Originally Posted by Designer Supps

My calories were low too, and sloppy. Less that 120g total protein/d I estimate! So I think your gonna be just fine.

Maybe a little fat loss, but it wasn't dramatic. Yeah, my diet sux. When I do a proper cycle of it, you can bet everything will be by the books though! Maybe it's just me, but even with a sorry diet I gained. I think a high dose like b5150 was talking about, is excessive. With a good diet at ~200lb, 20-30mg is plenty. With how well LeanOne has his lifestyle organized, he'll respond to only 20mg I'm willing to bet! I can imagine how veiny he'll get. Low protein and little rest were the limiting factors in my trial, no doubt.

I'm sure you realize that this is what Sledge wanted me to dose at (30mg-->50mg as tolerated). I have been looking into several ways to spread out the taper up of my dose with the number of caps I have. I was thinking longer periods at lower dose (40mg) and ending with a few(er) days at 50mg. My thinking is to assess response a bit longer at each increment. But then again it is a test and I will follow the suggestion of the developer...unless he reconsiders. My hope is that more will be available while I'm mid taper (40mg), allowing for a longer period at each increment.Originally Posted by DR.D

OK, then stick to the plan. My main point was now effective this stuff is even with a ****ty diet. I dosed at 6:00am and Noon, but every 8hrs is better for the higher doses (30mg+) That's a good idea, prolong the increments as much as possible. Thanks again. I'm not unaposed to cranking up the calories some. Like I said, once the test starts, I'm pretty good at determaning wether or not I can get away with more. Generally, I keep protein and fat consumption the same year round. If I modify total caloric intake, it's in the form of carbs. I'll just have to fly by the seat of my pants and take it day to day. I am surprised you didnt get them. if you dont have them by monday ill give you the tracking #.
B5150, my goal was with someone who was a higher bodyweight, who has done higher mgs of m1t, it woudl allow for a good comparison. Im no dummy, all of you guys now yoru bodies well enough to know if its working in a few days or not, but it will be nice to see the major differences if any between each of you.
LO's vascularity will probably be insane, at your weight, 5 solid lbs would have a HUGE effect.

I'm glad you think so. Man, That was the abolute worst condition I have ever been in in my entire life. 175 pudgy sloppy fat ass pounds. That's what chronic overtraining, Too much chineese and no cardio will get you. Makes me cringe every time I look at it. My current pics will look a little better.
