Superdrol Dosing Schedule:
Days 1-4: 30mgs per day
Days 5-11: 40mgs per day
Days 12-20: 50mgs per day
Daily dose spread evenly over 24 hour period.
Pre-Cycle: 11-14 (flexed...two days cold)
1-2RM's/PR's: (for what it's worth)
Incline BB Bench Press 1RM- 290
Flat BB Bench Press 1RM - 325
CGBP 1RM - 295
BB Curls 2RM - 180
Incline (25deg) DB Bench Press PR - 120x6
120/62 - 60bpm (avg 3 readings)
ALA - 600mg/d with post w/o
NAC - 1800mg/d with post w/o
Vit C - 2g/d
Vit E - 2000iu/d
Multi - 2/d
Fish Oil - 15g/d (Kirkland-25% epa/dha)
E-hcl - 25mg pre w/o
Creatine - 10g/d
Glutamine - 30g/d
All of the above
Milk Thistle - 1g/d

I am an endo who can easily get over fat when bulking. I find that ~15xBW calories is the threshold for me before I over fatten. I do, when bulking allow for a "treat day" on my off day with my last meals of the day to be "open" with a surplus of clean carbs. All carbs posted in my meal plan are net carbs. Depending on partioning of this compound I may increase my calories as needed.
Training: Two-a-day, 3 on, 1 off split
My training style during this period will be similar to a MaxOT type training. I had very good results (LBM and strength) last cycle when I used this method. I will shoot for weights that allow for 6 reps and at least 4 reps per set for all sets on that exercise (unless stated as 6-8). I will proceded with that weight until I am able to perform all sets at a 6 count (or 8 count as applicable). I will shoot for 6-9 sets per body part(s) with chest/back/tris at the high end and bis/delts in the middle range. I will use a 2.5-3min rest inteval standard across the board. When and where I am able, I will work beyond the plan (either sets or reps) and document such.
I have recently developed an AM/PM w/o routine that has allowed me to make very good progress in stregth without overloading myself within one w/o in regard to time and energy/intensity exersion. I am able to increase volume via frequency of my split (3on 1off regardless of day of week)
I will post each days work out with the respective weights/reps and will log it in my journal (spreadsheet) and update it and re-post it at the end of each full split. I will continue to post revisions of the spread sheet with progress as cycle progresses.
~DB Low Incline(35deg): 4-5 sets, 6 reps
~DB Light Decline(15deg): 4-5 sets, 6 reps
PM: Delts (ant/lat)
~Arnolds: 4-5 sets, 6-8 rep
~Lat Cable Raise: 4-5 sets, 6-8 reps
AM: Low Back*/Hams
~BB Bents rows: 4-5 sets, 6 reps
~SLDL: 4-5 sets, 6 reps
PM: Upper Back/Post Delts/Traps
~Neck High BB Rows: 4-5 sets, 6-8 reps
~BB Shrugs: 4-5 sets, 6-8 reps
*bring up low back thickness but may add wide pull-ups if motivated.
~CGBP: 4-5 sets, 6 reps
~Scull crushers: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps
~Standing calf raises: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
~BB Curls: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps
~One arm cable curls: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps
~Squats: 3 sets of 20's*
*bad knees, will not train heavy or too extensively
Bloodwork draw completed 11-12, results within 48hrs.

Ya I was wondering about dosing, maybe someone could take it all at once, while another could take it spread out through the day. Just to get a different feel for things. Perhaps one before workout as well. Just a thought.

Dammit, I'm jealous! I'm the "low end doser" I cannot go higher than 20mg.
Oh well, like I told Sldge, I will do as he says in the name of science. If this stuff does what he says it will do, at my bodyweight and leanness, I'm hoping for a good response.
I'll just have to wait till I burn up the credit card at pre sale to really let'er rip.

Quick note regarding the dosing schedule. I have been requested to test it at these levels with the disclaimer sort of like "if you tolerated it well". IOW I will be assessing tolerance and/or return at each dose level (however short the period) if possible. From what I hear the issues to "tolerate" are not necessarily of the negative nature

Lean One at your weight and bodyfat (lucky bastard) you shoudl see some sick changes even at 10-20mgs. I really dont think youll need much more then that anyway.

Much to my surprise I had a package in my mail today. And lo and behold...a baggie of little "pink" capsule. My dose schedule above has been adjusted to reflect the quantity in my baggie.
With this surprise arrival I am still undecided on my start date. I was planning on Tuesday. Primarily because I could use the extra day or two off (I never miss and get little sleep) that I usually take before the start of a cycle. I am also very anal about sequence and consecutive days when on cycle. Thursday and Friday I'm in Tuscon for the last two shows of the Van Halen reunion tour ("so tell me why can't this be love?") and I will be leaving Thursday afternoon. This would give me my three on (T,W,T) arriving in Tucson Thursday evening pumped (AFU) with the following day (Friday) as a planned off day. Return on Saturday morning/afternoon and start my split again.
Got my blood draw this afternoon. Gonna try to talk my wife into taking some pictures this evening.
Will have to see how much rest I get this weekend and decide whether or not I start Monday or Tuesday. One day later...one day closer to more "tester caps" in Matts hands.

While I try to get my wife in the mood...to take my pictures I will post a little history pictoral. This will give you at least an idea of my commitment level and ability to acrueand reduce body mass/weight.
The first is the Transformation thread. Scroll down a couple posts and you will see my start. I must confess that the first picture is the worst condition I have been in in all of my life. I had a period of serious alcohol abuse. Praise God...I'm sober now almost three years!!!
The next thread is called the b5150 Picture Journal:Fall Mass Progress. It is pictoral illustration of how well I can get over fat when bulking...but yet get it back to gether again and for the most part retain my LBM gains.
I have since put back on about 15lbs and am In the middle of another fall LBM gaining cycle...hopefully a bit leaner in the process.
I am on a scheduled day off today and will surely take off tomorrow and there is a strong probability that I will not train Monday (maybe an evening w/o) as I am fighting a bit of a chest cold and can use the extra day of rest.
I look forward to some more progress with Superdrol...hopefully with some pictures to post, before and after.
