| Quality Assurance Board Administrator | Update: Posted some pictures (hope your monitors are better than mine) and updated stats in opening post. Both the stats and pictures are two days cold (getting some rest). As it goes, as of this morning, I may just kick this chest cold and just may start this cycle tomorrow, with my first dose of 10mg tonight. I'm becoming anxious to get going and provide some feedback. Blood test results should be in my in-box by Monday morning and I will post them asap. -b5150 "I like to look at the long run. | Quality Assurance Board Administrator | Stingray...next time. bioman, used to do a lot of traveling/camping up in that area...slide rock used to be a nearby hot spot if I recall correctly. Beautiful red rock area...been a while since I've been there. Been there long? It's quite the premium $$ as far as property goes. | Quality Assurance Board Administrator | Final update before cycle begins: I have updated the opening post with my BP reading taken this afternoon. I have described with a little more detail my training plan. I have updated my stats with 1-2RM's and PR's. I am waiting for my bloodwork report which I will post as soon as I receive it. Sorry for all the bumps to the opening post but I want to keep it all in one place so it is all covered on one post. If I have missed something or you have a desire to see something that I did not include please speak up now. I'm shooting for tomorrow in the AM to start my cycle with my first dose being this evening. Thanks again for following. I am holding on well to my gains in strength from my last M1T cycle. It will be interesting to see if the Superdrol helps me surpass them. Comments: No bloodwork results yet. I've got my **** dialed in...lets get it on!!! -b5150 " I'm a man on a mission. | Quality Assurance Board Administrator | Day 2: Low Back/Hams/Hi Back/Post Delts: AM: BB Bent Rows: 235 x 6,6,6,6,5 SLDL: 245 x 6,6,6,5 PM: Neck Hi BB Rows: 195 x 6,6,6,6,6 BB Shrugs: 310 x 6,6,6,6,6 Observations: Last nights sleep was frequently interupted as usual. But in this instance I emptied my rather full bladder several times. It is not uncommon for me to get up and use the toilet (urinate) while I'm up, though it is usualy just going through the motions, but it was out of necessity. This also continued throughout most the day today. I was not drinking any more water than usual. I also was rather warm in my sleep last night as well. Now this could be that I sleep with two females. One just turned 40, the other 3...and at those ages you can guess which one was all over me. I have as of this evenings w/o noticed a 'mind-muscle-connection' kind of thingie working with me. It was in the neck hi bent rows especially. Where in you (I) usually have a challenge getting the contraction up at the top of the movement, while using rather heavy weight, without losing form. Tonight I felt each one so as I hit my rear delts very very well. Stamina was good, but nothing unusual. I am one for training within my 'power curve' so to speak. I do not do marathon training anymore...no more benefit to me then the energy expenditure. Comments: I am waiting, still, for my blood work to be returned to me. I had better service last time. Will make contact with them tomorrow. Tomorrow is my favorite day of training...looking forward to getting a good nights sleep. | Super Lab Rat Board Sponsor | Well I did feel there may be a slight diruetic effect, so that might explain the bathroom trips. Try and keep an eye on it and see if it continues over the next couple nights or not. Matt Cahill Research and Development GetDS.com |

| IF CHALLENGED, CLAIM YOUR DOMINION! | Yeah, you lose a few lb's right off the bat and just keep on peeing so it masks the gains when you look at the scale. To get the diet right and lose all the sodium up front and then start the cycle would give the best understanding of the overall gain, it's not that the gain is small, you just swap weights (water for muscle) I also noticed increase app. The Lord "is a shield to all who trust in Him" - 2 Samuel 22:31 Soli Deo Gloria! |
