4 week Trenadrol Cycle

So I received my two bottle of trenadrol by kilo sports today. I will be grocery shopping to get some high protein foods such as:

-Chicken
-Peanut butter
-Tuna & mayo
-Yogurt

I'm gonna be doing about 180-200g of protein today and taking no other supplements other than hathorne berry and a multi. My PCT is in place and all caffeine and alcohol consumption is done for weeks (damn it) Hopefully it works out I start tomorrow.

I'll do some measurements tomorrow I got open tomorrow at work so I'm gonna go to bed. Plus, its best to do weight measure in the morning anyways.

Lifting stats right now:

BB bench @ 295lbs.
Bar Curls @ 125lbs
Upright rows sets of 6 @ 135lbs
Squats @ 315 for 5

Im looking to get my bench up my decline is good but I wanna get my flat up as well as my bicep curls and shrugs.

Gotta work open to close today but I bought some foods to take. So heres what I plan today:

Meal 1: beef pot pie w/8oz milk and an apple 500 calories/21g protein

Meal 2: Can of Tuna w/mayo and water (900mg fish oil + multi + flax oil) 150 calories/25 grams protein

Meal 3: PB&J sandwich with an apple and 32g. muscle milk: 600 calories/42 grams of protein

Trenadrol (30mg) @ 6pm w/a Tablespoon of peanutbutter and water. 100 calories/8 grams of protein

WORKOUT

Meal 4: 40 grams protein shake/400 calories

Meal 5: Chicken breast, baked potato w/butter, corn, powerade, apple. 500 calories/40g protein

Meal 6: Weight Gainer 940 calories/72 grams protein

Calories: 3190
Protein: 248 grams

I used trenadrol last summer and was pleased with the awesome hardening/vascularity. I think you're gonna like it! :thumbsup:

Workout: Chest

Started off slow cause Im not taking my pre-workout but:

Flat BB Bench:
Warmup set @135 and stretching
2 sets of 8 reps @ 225
6 reps @ 235
5 reps @ 245

Incline DB*
Noticed some extra push on my last reps don't know if this was the trenadrol working or what.
2 sets of 8 reps @ 75lb
2 sets of 10 reps @ 65lbs.

Seated Machine Press: felt really good on this one
3 sets of 8 reps @ 270lbs.
Set of 6 reps at 290lbs.

Cable Crosses: Chest really burning after these
2 sets of 10 reps
2 Sets till failure

DB Flyes
3 sets of 8 w/65lbs

Felt pretty good after my workout. 40 gram protein shake after gonna make some dinner. Post back tomorrow.

I'm tryin man but I work full time. Im tryin to sneak some meals in there. I have a gainer I have been doing at night to get those extra calories in.

You think it would hurt to continue taking 5g creatine post work out w the trenadrol?

Of course not. Although most recommend saving creatine for PCT. I guess it's entirely up to you :)

As far as working full time...preparation is the key. I cook everything in advance and store my meals in plastic tupperware containers. I can then simply heat these up in the microwave at work. Definitely keep up with the gainer though. You could even add olive oil or MCTs to the shakes for more calories.

yeah i cooked some chicken breast and a couple baked potatoes last night takin those today.

Weight: 176.4

Never gained weight the next day even a little bit so was kinda suprised. So far today:

Meal 1: Raviolli (quick), 8 oz water, apple 200 calories, 7g protein

Meal 2: Another raviolli (quick I was at work), 12 oz water, apple, 3 oz beef 300 calories, 17g protein

Meal 3: Protein Shake 400 calories, 40g protein

Meal 4: Can of Tuna w/mayo and 12 oz water w/900mg fish oil and 1g Vitamin C 100 calories, 25g protein

Meal 5: Protein Shake 400 calories, 40grams of protein

Trenadrol w/1 Tbsp of PB 100 calories, 7g protein

Workout: Back

Pretty good workout. definately felt the trenadrol kick in halfway threwb during my shrugs. 275 felt like 135 it was pretty intense. Other wise, I have never got back pumps but today I really actually got a good back pump from my back workout.

Single arm lat pull downs: 12,6,6,8,8
Lat Pul downs: 6,6,8,8
Shrugs: 17,15,10,10
Pull ups: 50 reps in 6 sets
Narrow grip pull pull downs: 6,6,8,8,10

Post-workout: 30g protein, 300 calories
Snack: three brauts, 300 calories, 27g protein

Took a nap for a while still 176.4 so my weight gain seems to have stayed.

Meal 6: Cheat meal 2 souble cheeseburgers and a large fry from mcdonalds: 1380 calories, 56g protein

Snack 2: two hershey Score bars and 12 oz milk, 525 calories, 12g protein

Meal Before Bed: 2 scoops gainer w/16 oz milk: 700 calories, 55g protein

Calories: 4705 Protein: 316g

I ate a lot today and I noticed im really thirsty and my hunger has gone up. Hopefully I can gain some good strength and mass. So far so good.

That's the way! You're eating clean most days so including some junk in there will really help pack on the weight as the food contains so many calories. I was eating clean for ages and found myself losing weight too quickly. I've included Yellow Gold in the mix and a bit of junk every now and then and I'm building back the size I lost.

haha yeah it's amazing how that small of a cheat meal can really pack on the calories. Im still gonna do the gainer I like the gains im getting with it combined with this diet.

Same weight which I was gonna guess anyways. Kinda sore (god I miss my pre-workout haha) Today is my off day. I'll be doin shoulders tomorrow. I had some weird ass dreams too. So I guess here's my diet today:

Meal 1: 1 cup oaks (w/milk), Protein shake, 12 oz OJ: 700 calories, 34g protein

Trenadrol: 30mg @ 11:20am + 1 spoon full of PB 100 cal, 7g protein

Meal 2: Can of Tuna & mayo, hershey score bar: 475 calories, 26g protein

Meal 3: Raviolli 200 calories, 7g protein

Meal 4: 3 double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds 1320 calores, 75g protein

Meal 5: Gainer 650 calories, 50g protein

Ready to lift tomorrow.

Gained 1.8lbs and seemed to have kept it which is nice. Gonna do shoulders this morning before work.

Meal 1: Protein Shake, apple, 1 tablespoon PB, 30mg trenadrol

Workout: Shoulders
All I can say is wow. I started getting kinda tense about 30 min after the trenadrol. It felt like my skin tightened arouind my muscles. Here is what I did today:

Standing BB Military Press 135x6, 135x6, 125x8, 125x8
Upright Rows: 135x6, 135x6, 125x8, 125x8
Shoulder Press Machine: 180x8, 180x8, 200x6, 200x6
Front Cable Raises: 4,6,6,8,8
Lateral DB Raises: 30x6, 30x6, 25x8, 25x8

On my upright rows, shoulder presses, and military press I went up 10-15 pounds on my 6 rep each. I was amazed. This stuff reallyu does work. That was the best shoulder workout i've ever had.

Post workout: Protein shake 300 calories, 30g protein

NAP

Meal 2: Two PB on white bread w. tomato soup: 580 calories, 8g protein

Meal 3: 2 can of Tuna w/mayo 560 calories, 50g protein

Meal 4: Ribs w/BBQ sauce 880 calories, 56g protein

Great workout and pumps were amazing. Better than any NO product I've ever tried. I'm reallyy starting to like this stuff!

Meal 2: 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers

Meal 3: Chicken Breast, veggies, corn and mashed potatos. 1g Hawthorne beerry and 400mg milk thistle

Meal 4: Sandwich w/beef

Ate bad today will eat bettr tomorrow.

Haven't done my gainer in a couple days but I'm still Up over 2 pounds this week which is awesome cause gaining weight is really hard for me.

Meal 1: Serving of oats w/sugar and 4 ounces of milk, apple, and 30g protein, 900mg fish oil, 1g vit C, 550mg hawthorne berry, 600mg of Milk thistle. 600 calories, 34g protein

Pre-workout: 30g of protein, 300 calories

Seated presses 270x8, 270x8, 320x6, 320x6
Incline Flyes 60x8 x 4
Flat Bench 225x8 x 3
Cable Crossovers: 8,8,6,6

Great workout. My incline has improved significantly over the past two weeks as well as my seated presses. I notice quicker recovery between sets and the puimps are amazing.

Post work-out: 30g protein, 300 calories

Meal 2: Chicken fingers w/BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes (real), green beans and water.

Meal 3: Family size Lasagna meal and water

30mg trenadrol w/ 2 tbsp PB

Meal 5: 10 chicken nuggets from wendys and sour cream and chive potatos w/water

I took my first dose of Trenadrol today. Set new PRs in two exercises. This **** got me rockin' and rolling.

This is a great CNS stimulator causing chills running up and down my spine. Still feel it 3 hours later. I know when I get that feeling my lifts are all up, and they were.

I can hope it only gets better or lasts like this.

Back pumps were bad today. I was really tense and stretched a lot (took 500g taurine before workout) When I got goin, it was rockin tho.

DB rows: 60x12, 95x10 x 3
Shrugs 225x114, 315x8 x 3, 335x6, 365x4
Seated Rows 3 sets till failure with aceding weight
Chin Ups: 40 reps in 4 sets
One handed lat pulldowns: 180x6 x2, 160x8 x2
Incline Flyes on stomach: 8,8,6,6
Lat pull downs: 3x8 @ 180

Next two weeks I will be doing dead lifts, lat pulldowns, rows, bent rows, and Incline flyes on stomach.

Meal 4: 3 double cheeseburgers, medium fry, powerade, 2g vit C

Meal 5: Protein Shake

Meal 6: 1 cup egg beaters, two slices of toast, 12oz OJ


So after a week, I will rate my first week on Trenadrol (1-10 being highest):

Strength: 9, incredible strength gains quickly
Vascularity: 5, Not an incredible difference but im starting to notice a perpetual pump.
Muscle Hardness: 9, incredible increase in muscle hardness
Libido: 9, no difference in libido at all
Weight gain: 10, never have I gained 6lbs in a week.
Mood: 8, no mood changes really maybe a little short sometimes
Back Pump, 3, these can get bad about 30min after taking the trenadrol. Taurine has helped dramatically.

Felt good on my workout I miss some of the great pumps from my pre-workout I was doing but the strength is up. Focusing on 8-10 reps for size the final two weeks.

Post-workout: 30g protein shake

Meal: Grilled BBQ Pork Chop, Mashed potatoes, corn, 12 OZ OJ

Haha will do man. I'm kinda excited to do the three caps and my next cycle of trenadrol stacked with epidrol. I've been checkin ur log; looks like ur really gettin some good result from that nasty stack! I'll keep postin eating habits, lifting stats and hopefully some before and after pics.

Meal 2: Hamburger w /Ketchup, baked beans, potato salad, iced tea, 1g hawthorne berry, 1g taurine, Osteo Biflex (my joints suck!)

Snack: Cake w/12oz milk

Meal 3: Two pork chops, potato salad, faygo caffeine free pop, 30mg Trenadrol

Meal 5: Gainer (3 scoops isomass, 16oz milk, 2tbsp PB, 3tbsp olive oil) approx 1500-1600 calories and 90g protein) Tasted amazingly good!

Was gonna do lunges but I was sore as hell and it felt like overttraining. Wasn't a bad workout. Squats felt good and I'm goin for more hiugh rep stuff.

Meal 1: Can of Tuna, PB Sandwich on white, 12oz OJ, 30mg Trenadrol, 1g Taurine, 1g B complex

Meal 2: Green Beans, 2 pieces of fish, 12oz OJ, Cup steamed rice, 900mg fish oil

Snack: 8oz Milk, 1 scoop Gainer, 7g Glutamine

Snack: 20g Protein Bar, powerade

Meal 3: Sliced Beef, Chicken Pot Pie, water, 30mg Trenadrol

Snack: 20g Protein Bar, Apple

Meal 4: 2 medium potatos mashed w milk and butter, half a coca-cola (I know I should drink that), large pork chop

***Note: I'm gonna start taking milk thistle before bed. I think it has been hindering my gains by taking it with the trenadrol.***

Meal 5: 2 scoops gainer, 5 oreos, 4 tbsp olive oil, 16oz milk= yum and a lot of calories

Back and Biceps Tomorrow!! I get my Green Mag, Purple Wrath, and Waxy Maize which I will be starting as well and going through PCT with!

Man, I would love to get away with eating the sh*t you're eating!! But, alas I cannot!:sad:! I'm not talking about this meal either. But rather the ones you've listed before. Butterfingers and Oreo shakes. YUMM!! But they say you have to eat big, to be big!!:bb3: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Yeah man I've always been a hard gainer. I ate like a champ for about a year and half, lifted heavy, and supplemented protein. I went from 140 to 175 in about two years.
