On days and Off days

How do you coordinate workouts and PH doses?

I am planning a 3xwk Havoc cycle and I am interested in your choices of on-days and off-days. I usually work out MTThF and I'm trying to decide how to coordinate my pulse. What have ya'll done? I have three major options,dose MThF and work out MTThF, dose MWF and workout MTThF (means I am dosing on a way I don't work out, or dose MWF and just work out MWF (can I still get better gains on-cycle working out 3xwk than off cycle 4xwk).

Any ideas?
