I originally was going to do Tren-Xtreme and AH-89, but I wasn't able to get my products quick enough. I already had Xtreme-Tren & MMA-3 on hand, so I decided to go ahead and do a 4 week cycle of those 2.

Stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5'10
Weight: 165lbs
Body Fat: 9%
Years Training: 5 years, last 2 years have been very consistent.
Other Training: MMA (Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay-Thai)

Past Cycles:
DBOL & Test. Cyp
Anavar & Winstrol
MuscleTech Mass Stack (Leukic, Gakic, Creakic)
Cell Tech
Halodrol Liquidgels
X-Factor

Current Cycle:
Xtreme-Tren - 90mg/ED
MMA-3: 800mg/ED

3 Protein Shakes a day (current Brand and flavor is Nectar - Roadside Lemonade)

I'm also taking Milk Thistle and Multi-vitamins.

post cycle therapy:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

For emergencies I have Arimidex and Letrozole on hand.

With this cycle I'm hoping to add lean mass while reducing body fat (don't really care how much, as long as some goes away).

The compounds in these products are:

Xtreme-Tren: Estra-4,9-diene-3, 17-dione
MMA-3: 1,4-androstadiene-3,17-dione

FYI, the MMA-3 is actually 1,4 andro which needs like 800mg a day with about 6-8 weeks to be effective. How many mg's are in each pill and how many in the bottle?

100mg each pill and 90 capsules in the bottle.

not trying to insult your intelligence or anything bro, so dont take this the wrong way, but you are sure it takes 800mg to be effective?

i want to be absolutely positive if i up the dose nearly 3x what is recommended.

search the board for 1,4 bold, or 1,4 andro. The minimum suggested dosage was 600mg and the top was 1gr. Some people think the compound is a waste of time. Others ran it well with Epi.

how would you recommend i would take it? 8 different times through out the day, or take more than 1 pill at a time?

It's 1 gram... some have used it at 1.5 with no results.

More than one pill at a time with food. Depending on how much you dose, you might be better off using all of it one hour preworkout with food.

Today is day 2 of this stack.

I upped the dose of MMA-3 from 300mg/ED to 900mg/ED. I'm going to see how this works then adjust from there.

Yesterday I took 90mg of Xtreme-Tren & 900mg of MMA-3. It's still too early to really see anything different. I did shoulders yesterday.

I don't know what it was, maybe something I ate, but I got extremely nauseas last night and even vomited. I never throw up - never.

I just took my second dosages of the day for Xtreme-Tren & MMA-3 about 5 minutes ago. No real change on the inside.. or at least not one I can feel anyway.

Like I said, it is still too early to see/feel anything, but just wanted to check in so everybody can follow along.

For those curious, here's my workout schedule:
Sunday - CHEST
Monday - SHOULDERS
Tuesday - ARMS
Wednesday - LEGS/BACK
Thursday - LIGHT CHEST/CARDIO

I do a little cardio before each workout.. usually 1.5 miles.. somedays I'll do 2 miles. My chest is really weak when compared to the rest of my body, so I try to do a light routine on Thursday's (usually dumb bell bench rather than flat bench, etc.). My cardio on Thursday usually consists of 2.5 miles on the tread mill then .5 miles on the elliptical.

My main goal, strength wise, is to up my bench by at least 25lbs. Right now I max out at a weak 210lbs.

lol... this is awesome. i started my Tren extreme cycle yesterday too. i might be asking you for some advice in the future if i run into any problems. do you know offhand if milk thistle is needed for this, since tren is non methyl-ated? also, good luck to you.

With any oral pro-hormone/steroid, I run milk thistle. Milk thistle will not hurt you or lessen your strength/gains, so I run it. I picked up a bottle of Milk thistle for $9 at the local Pharmacy.

DAY 2
As noted earlier I was experiencing a lot of nausness from the first day. I'm not sure if this was due to the supplements or if I had a bad day. Well, after taking my second dosages for the day on day 2, I felt nauseas again. Maybe this is lethargy? I'm not sure, I've never experienced it before. I did throw up the first day, but not the second. It went away after an hour or so.

Tuesday is tri's/bi's. I haven't noticed any change in my moods (motivation wise). I did, however, seem to be hot and sweat the whole time while I was at the gym and even for about 10 minutes when I get home. That could be attributed to the unseasonable warm weather though. My workout intensity didn't seem to change at all either.

Stepped on the scaled and my weight is 165lbs.

After running 3/4 of a mile I started getting very mild calf pumps. Nothing bad. Hopefully they don't turn into anything serious, because I have to do cardio everyday.

Hopefully within the next week or so I'll start to see some mental and physical changes with these two compounds.

If the nauseas continues after this week, I may consider dropping one of the compounds.

If anybody has experienced something similar and knows how to counteract it or make it better, let me know.

this is my 2nd cycle of tren extreme, first one i'm logging. i didn't have nausea when i took it last time, nor this time. are you taking it with food? its not recommended to take it on an empty stomach - consider upping the carbs in the meal you take it with. thats all i can think of brotha.

yeah im taking it with food. ill up the carbs and see how it does. i wonder if maybe its the MMA-3 rather than the tren??

DAY 3

My body is starting to stay tight and my muscles feel more solid. The lethargy has subsided. I have once again changed the dosage of the MMA-3. I'm taking 800/mg now. Ever since I changed the dosage just a tiny bit (100/mg difference) I feel no lethargy.

I may do a light chest workout today after boxing/sparring class. I'll post everything either later tonight or tomorrow.

DAY 3 CONT.

Had an amazing workout yesterday. Very focused, GREAT pumps, and vascular as hell.

I've felt tight all over the last 2 days.. like my muscles are going to pop out of my skin.

The lethargy I had is now completely gone.

Just a quick reminder, my dosages are;

Xtreme-Tren: 90mg/ED
MMA-3: 800mg/ED

I did a light chest workout yesterday and medium-heavy cardio.

Since I was in Vegas all last week for the fight show, I didn't get a chance to lift. Bench is my weak point, and when I went in last night I thought for sure it was going to be dissapointing, but I went up 5lbs on my dumb bell bench and it felt very light. I even did it more reps than I had originally planned on/usually do.

Tonight I may do a back workout kick started with some light cardio. Friday's are normally an off day for me, but since I missed Sunday, I may make up for it today.

Overall workout rating on Day 3: 8 ********

Hey guys,

was pretty busy this weekend and didn't get a chance to log anything.

Not much has changed since last post. Everything is still going pretty good. Yesterday I felt really lethargic.. not sure why.

I really think the MMA-3 is just ****ing with me. Or it may all be mental. Not sure. I'll post later with workout details.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up here.

Been busy at the gym ;)

I added P-SLIN to this cycle about a week ago and WOW, what I supplement.

Thus far I feel like my body fat is melting away and my weight is mildly going up (5lbs since start). I'm tighter, more vascular, and a little bit stronger so far.

My workouts are the most focused workouts I've had since I was on real gear. The only downside I can say is the calf pumps. I'm going to buy some supplements to help those out today. After about 7 minutes on the treadmill I'm ready to get off. Feels like I have shin splints.

Yep.

I've cut a lot.. and I really didn't need to..

I've lost about 1.5% BF. My strength has gone up about 10lbs everywhere thus far (15lbs on DB Bench), and my weight has stayed the same or dropped a pound or 2. I'm always tight and I've finally started to whisk away a little bit of that beer gut!

I can really tell that the PSLIN works. I get hella motivated and focused and want to stay in the gym forever. I used to be a quiet lifter.. now I notice myself breathing and grunting a lot louder than normal, which tells me I'm more into the workouts.

My next log will actually be kept and updated. My next cycle will be a bulking one. I'm going to run M-DROL @ 10/20/20. Any idea's on what to stack it with? I was thinking about running it solo since it's pretty toxic.

And btw..

I added Taurine and AST MULTI-PRO VITAMINS 32X.

The taurine is absolutely amazing. I feel 100% better (mind wise). I read a lot of people use herbal supplements to level their moods. This **** really does work. Or at least it works for me anyway. I feel a lot more chill and usually things that would worry me or piss me off dont. Oh yeah.. the calf pumps are gone, too, so the potassium and taurine are benefiting me in more than 1 way.

I feel like this cycle has been a cutter more than anything.

I haven't lost much weight (it still goes up and down everyday from 163 - 167lbs), but I have lost about 1 - 2% BF. Everybody keeps asking me if I'm "getting skinnier" and it really bugs the **** out of me!!

strength gains are still steadily rising. i'm really happy with how much bench is progressing. i'm awful at bench. i'm 5'10" with a wingspan of 6'1 1/2. real long arms for my body. not making excuses for my lack of benching abilities, though. i just suck at it. this cycle has helped it tremendously.. especially the last week. i went up 20lbs on my bench this week! and i went up another 5lbs on my DB bench also.

now i cant wait to start my M-DROL cycle in a few months and add some bulk! then back to cutting again. i just stocked up on designers for the rest of 08' and part of 09. i have 2 bottles of M-DROL, 1 bottle of H-DROL, and 1 bottle of Epistane. M-DROL would be best for Mass, correct?

Damn son, you need to start upping your calories to pack on the pounds. But on the other hand there is nothing the matter with getting leaner and getting stronger at the same time. For your next cycle i would just run the mdrol by itself just like you listed. Personally i might run this tren with superdrol. That would be a really great strength cycle but blood pressure could become a really issue so i dont know.

i thought about upping the calories, but by the time my mildly retarded brain thought that, I was already about 3 weeks in, so I decided to just go ahead and keep cutting the BF, get ripped for the Summer, then bulk up, and do it all over again! As long as I'm getting stronger it's all good!

Not too bad. I felt less motivated when it came time to perform. Cialis did the trick though and got me right back into the game.

Alright guys it's been a while. Rather than going through everything, I will briefly run down pro's and con's thus far in the cycle. I have 8 days left.

I did get some sides. Not real harsh, but they are noticeable. They are:

- Increased acne
- Calf pumps
- Lethargy
- Interrupted sleeping
- Cardio is a little bit more difficult than normal.
- Decreased libido. *Cialis helped and this isn't even a problem now.*

As of now my weight is around 171lbs. I didn't expect to gain much mass off of this cycle.

Strength has gone up considerably everywhere. I believe my bench, thus far, has gone up 25-30lbs.

I really like the hardness tren gives. I look a little more shredded and my whole body feels rock hard.

I have lost about 1% - 2% body fat, while gaining lean mass (about 6lbs).

I'm ready for this cycle to end, so I can start my P-PLEX and M-DROL bridge cycle. I will begin my PCT (Nolvadex) in 8 days, do it for 3 weeks or whenever I feel "normal" again, then take at least 7wks off (time on + pct = time off) then jump into my bulking cycle of M-DROL & P-PLEX.

If I could do this cycle over again, I would ditch the MMA-3. I didn't get anything from it other than sides.

All in all, here's how I would rate the compounds used in this cycle:

Xtreme - Tren: 7 / 10
MMA-3: 2 / 10
P-SLIN: 8 / 10

keep in mind he only ran it for 4wks.... even at 800mg, almost 3x the recommmended dose Bold needs to be ran at least 6-8 wks. It doesn't really kick in until the 4th wk. So he got off 2 a good start but quit prematurely.

Good stuff,

I just grabbed the last two bottles of the stuff before it got taken of the shelves so starting tom ill be doing your same stack.

im going to start at your dossage then prolly up the tren the second week....
