Oils While On Cycle??

I've been thinking about doing a PH cycle in the future and have been working on educating myself before I make the plunge.

I've read a little about other members cycles and I've noticed that a lot of people are supplementing oils (flax, fish, etc) while on cycle...what is the purpose of this?

I would guess the purpose is not singular. And I assume you refer to omega-3 based oils, mostly.

1. They promote general health in several ways, even have some positive effects on blood lipid profiles,
2. They help with body composition.
3. They reduce inflammation
4. Some people even claim they help put on muscle (Charles Poliquin recommends megadosing in some article... even one guy on here, EasyEJL I think is his username, made a long log on his experiment with it.)

There may be other reasons, but these come off the top of my head..

A lot of people here take Fish Oils as a daily staple supplement, it doesn't have anything to do with being on or off, (with the exception of avoiding Omega-3's while ON X-factor because of the AA's). Fish Oil is a popular daily supp for any and all occasions and Sesamine Oil is also widely used.
