What's up fellas ?!

I'm gonna run my first PH cycle since this past spring. Done perhaps 5-6 cycles since, including two runs with M1T, 4 weeks of superdrol @20-30mg/day, and good old Dermabolic's S1+. MAN, I hate myself for not picking up every PH Dermabolics had to offer prior to the '05 PH ban !!! THEY WERE THE BEST !

Anyway, I've been going au natural since early spring .. NO PH, hormones or anything else . . Ran Epistane - OK, somewhat considered a hormone . .- beginning of this semester, and decided to do another PH run and gain a little LEAN size and perhaps cut up some more. this time around. Doing H-drol/M-drol together; some may say overkill, but I'm gonna give it a go out of curiousity.

I got my blood-work done 6 weeks after my SD cycle this past spring, and had slightly elevated liver values only. Did blood-work again in August, and everything was within range.



I started my CEL H-drol/M-drol Monday, November 12th.

Dosage:
H-drol - 75 mg/day (spread throughout the day, including one serving prior to working out)
M-drol - 20mg/day (one in morning, one prior to working out)

I'm running the following supplements also:

- Scivation Xtend (4 scoops during workout)
- Scivation VasoFlow (2 scoops pre-workout)
**thanks to Nutraplanet for a kick-ass price combo**
- Controlled Labs White Flood (1.5-2 scoops mixed with Xtend during workout)
- Cell-Tech (I've had it standing around since last X-mas. Figured, why not? I mix ONE scoop in my post-workout shake)

- 6 g CLA/day (2-2-2 increments)
- 20 g fish oil (4-4-4-4-4 -> take with most meals)
- 16 g MCT oil (8 g morning, 8 g evening)
- ALA - 300mg * 4 times a day
- Juice Plus+ (My mom used to work for these and had lots left over. It's basically fiber capsules from vegetables and fruits with some aminos, herbs, etc, in there for general 'internal' health - I take 6 caps * 3 times a day.)
- AX Perfect Cycle throughout.

- EAS Whey Protein
- Nutraplanet's Waxy Maize Starch

I noticed no change in anything on day 1 and 2.

Day 3:
- tired/groggy on and off during the day. I'm not taking any caffeine apart from what may be in my pre-workout drinks, so this could have an effect. Workout was solid though. Lots of heavy weight thrown around - some numbers went up, but I'm handing that to the effects from my pre/during workout drinks. NO appetite ! Libido hasn't changed.

Day 4:
woke up looking fuller yet tighter. Felt good. Muscle hardness has increased. Xtend did it's job and I'm not feeling as sore as I ought to be after Day 3's workout ! haha . . A little tired and groggy during the day. No libido change. Had a good chest workout, although energy wasn't all there, my strength was . . and then some ! hmmm !? hah . . the weather is getting cool outside and the idiots at gold's turned down the temp, too, so if I had to fill up my water bottle I'd get 'stiff' in a minute . .

Day 5:
still looking full today, but my ab definition is better, and more visible veins on my arm. I notice I keep looking at my arms, cus they just look bigger ! Worked out arms - biceps and triceps. INSANE WORKOUT !!!! My work-out buddy didn't know what to say . . and other buddy's at the gym were telling me my arms looked big as hell and still defined ! Definitely increased strength - check the #s. . I don't lie, and I don't cheat - and I don't JERK the ****in weight, so good form, and my arms took one helluva pounding !
appetite was down ALL AFTERNOON !!!! Couldn't barely finish one whole chicken breast with some green beans on the side ! TWICE !!!! Any ideas ? H-drol ? M-drol ? No libido change.

Also, no atrophy, and no acne thus far. Noticed a couple red spots on my stomach a couple hours after my work out, but I think it's just a sweat rash, cus it was gone the next morning . .

I know it was stupid, but believe it or not, even THEN I knew my sh** about this kind of stuff ! I used Nolva for PCT, and Milk Thistle and Vitrix on cycle.

I remember receiving the Nolva for my PCT my first M1T-cycle - it said 'not for human consumption' - i was like - WTF ?! Why'd you sell me it then !? hahaha

Yea i had some higher power sh*t,and the UG Labs sh#t also...i still have a little but frankly it scares me now that i know more about it. I gained like 18 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks or some sh*t.

Day 6:

- just woke up. Looked lean as HELL today ! Then again, I cut my carbs low in the evening following my workout last night lower than I normally do. . I'm not looking very full though, unfortunately, so I'm gonna make sure to load up on brown rice and other complex carbs today and tomorrow morning, before hitting the gym again on Monday.

Won't be working out today nor tomorrow .. but tomorrow I'll be doing 30-45 min of cardio along with 30 minutes of abs and calves . .

NO acne - knock on wood . . No loss of libido (not bragging that I had much of one prior to starting this cycle, but there's been NO change.) No atrophy. No hairloss.

DEFINITELY having a harder time falling asleep . . this started wednesday night - rolled around in bed for 2 hours before falling asleep every night since ! I seem to want to sleep in forever too . . but who doesn't like sleeping ?! I'm feeling surprisingly energetic today - even after 3 days straight of blasting my way through tons of weight . .

Body - core - temperature has risen . . Umm . . Probably a result of slightly increased BP, because I notice I get warmer a lot easier . . and sweaty . . Man, this is the reason I bailed on PH's for like 6 months - my sweating tends to get out of sync - and I drench everything I wear . . But, luckily, this is not a constant thing, it honestly seems to follow a couple hours beyond an M-drol/H-drol dosage . . Strange . .

Any thoughts ?!

I promised to update ya'll on my diet. It's the same deal every day.

Meal 1: Protein shake with 50grams of Whey Protein, 8g MCT oil, and one tbs of peanut butter. One instant packet of reduced sugar maple brown oatmeal, mixed with warm water on the side.

Meal 2: 1/2 cup steamed rice - keeing the carbs low . . 1 cup steamed green beans. 300 gram chicken breast.

Meal 3: Same as #2

Meal 4: Same as #2, excluding the rice altogether.

Meal 5: post workout shake -> 50 grams Whey protein, 1 scoop cell tech, one scoop waxy maize starch (equal to a total of 100 grams of simple sugars/carbs)

Meal 6: Same as #2

Meal 7: Pre-bed protein shake. 50 grams whey protein, 1 tbs peanut butter, 8 g MCT oil. (Adds up to ~ than 10 grams of carbs in this)


Protein = ~350 grams
Carbs = ~ 200 grams
Fats = ~ 60 grams (all from CLA, fish oil, MCT oil, and EVOO)

Now I got to be honest . . . I've got a lot of Nutraplanet's ALA laying around from when I was doing the UD 2.0 program untill a couple weeks ago, and I am HOOKED ON THEM ! They helped me bring out vascularity like no other when i was cutting . . So i tend to take them with pretty much every meal, even one with my post workout shake . . So to be fair, I'm averaging 5 * 300mg/day of ALA, and I'll be continuing with this dosage untill I see reduced benefits . . So I've got a loooooong time a head of me !

you're not getting hypo taking that ALA when some of your meals are low carb?

My hands are sweating throughout the day, but then if I'm in a stressful situation - perhaps an interview or meeting a prof - it'll be moist as HELL, and the most awkward thing I ever do !!! I hate it ! And my ex hated the sweating part . . I remember one FANTASTIC quote from the last time I ###### her before we broke up a while back; "OUUUUUCH, MY DAMN EYE !!! YOU DROPPED SWEAT IN MY DAMN EYEEEE !!!" It got to the point where my ex was yelling out to her roommate - 'he dripped sweat in my eyeeee !!!' HAHAHAHA

Bro im the exact same way...i take some phenibut and it helps. I hate interviews and sh*t like that,it's a very awkward feeling. My body doesn't go from super athlete to normal person very easily.

YES ! I DO ! And it's an AWFUL feeling ! Man, I got to admit, i ought to reduce the ALA dosage and see if I get similar benefits than my current dosage. Because particularly at night - an hour or two after my post workout shake and - I'll be dizzy and somewhat nauseous, and my hands will be shaking .. So I've always got yogurt, honey and bagels on hand .. LOL

Nope, non of any of the following . . IGF-1 I researched for a looong time, and came close to purchasing, but I backed out when my bud told me about the insanely painful injections he had. To be fair, I also thought it was overrated, and found FEW good reviews about it !

HGH - I WISH ! i was going to get some beginning of this semester, @1-2 iu/day. Only to get shed some extra fat around my waist. But we all know what 'operation' happened early September . . . But, if I were to find some yellow/blue/grey tops in january for a decent price, I wouldn't hesitate to pick some up.

you've got any experience ? I realize I'm 21 and all, and I'll be dissed for admitting to that I'd try it, but . . oh well . . I've always been interested in the effects of hGH. My older brother - age 23 - was born with a brain tumor, and upon removal a couple years after, his body lost the capacity to product hGH. He has been taking .5-.8iu injections of hGH every night of his life since he was 7-8 years old ! Anyway, I keep joking with him, and asking what dosage he's at and what $$ he's paying . . His dosage is low - equivalent to ~200iu/year - and it's costing him $13,000/yr. . . . SHIIIIIT!

Last Christmas I maxed out @278.8 lbs. I couldn't fit my clothes, bloated, no conditioning .. All i cared about was increasing the numbers when I stepped on the scale from day to day ! So beginning of this year, I begun contemplating cutting a little bit .. So sometime around March, I begun a couple half-assed diet attempts, etc, and it only went uphill from there as I got more and more familiar with my body and it's reactions to dieting, training, and supplementation.

I've only got upper body shots thus far .. Hate showing off my legs, cus in order to show any vascularity, I've got to have something other than a goddamn web-cam when taken from this distance. ANYWAY, I took 18 months off from leg training, and began training them again 7 weeks ago. (don't want to go in to the details). Within two weeks of training them I started seeing improvements, and week by week, my squat and leg press went up drastically. I repped 405 twice the other day, WITH NO BELT, and I've never gotten 405 ONCE before . . Can ya imagine how that felt ?!

Here's a leg shot from today - I know they've got work to do ! But I LOVE doing legs, so they'll get up there !!

The second pic is another pic from an hour ago - i like it cus I feel like my upper chest has filled in the past week, and I just look more solid and full.

I did NO cardio all week - too busy to do a 2nd work out session per day because of school - but i'll be starting abs and cardio tomorrow, and will continue with cardio and abs 4-5 days/week for the remainder of the cycle. Why ? I don't want to risk seeing a layer of water over my abs within the end of week 1. Haha

He didn't use it right. You need to draw sterile water after the igf-1 to dilute the sting.I have used a few bottles and it's amazing at preventing atrophy on cycle,and amazing in pct to get things jumpin back real quick....these are the best uses...imo

Superdrol from my experience makes cardio almost impossable due to shin,back pumps that are very painfull!!

Haha, yeah, I'm worried about those myself . . I'm crossing my fingers that for some weird reason I will not suffer the back pump issue this time around ! HAHA.

I went to a field and ran sprints around with my dog today for 25 minutes. LOTS of wind sprints - didn't plan on running, but I felt GOOD for some reason . . my sense of well-being in fantastic, for whatever reason, it feels like a fog has been lifted off me these past couple days man. It's strange . . anyway, the running - - - NO shin splints or any other issues thus far - but then again, it's been 6 days. . But being that I'll be getting lots of cardio in starting now, I'll let you know how it all works out for me . . I've gotta work through it however it may hurt, cus it's my mission to perfect my physique this cycle ..

Day 7:

Woke up looking GOOD today - dryer than I have since I stopped my UD2.0 diet! Noticing my stomach - somehow - was tight even if I bent over or turned around . . But I'm SORE - DOMS ? - I'm sore in every muscle in my body. Sort of feel like i did after a 3 hour long football practice in the heat of a Texas day. Also, I got 7 hours of sleep, and I could barely drag my ass out of bed this morning. (if only I didn't have to take a leak, I'd STILL BE sleeping, dammit!) Plus I got a little Beagle puppy who steals my covers when I'm sleeping, so I wake up 2-3 times every night - FREEZING cold - and having to pull my sheets back on me ! HAHA

I thought I'd be doing high carbs yesterday, but as a result of a somewhat lack or appetite and just not wanting to risk seeing ANY potential water-gain on me untill I hit up my cardio in full, I ended up with a 'meager' 300grams spread evenly in to 6 meals. Yes, 6 MEALS, PLUS two shakes. lots and lots of chicken. Averaged only 50g carbs/meal every 2.5-3 hours, so I was NEVER overly stuffed, only comfortable. Carbs are only from brown rice, oatmeal, a bagel, and I added a banana in one of my shakes. I've decided to cut out ALL peanutbutter from here on out, because I empty those jars like they were a bottle of water ! I bought a two-pack of JIF PB from Sam's Club 2.5 weeks ago, and I'm scraping the bottom of the second one now . . But, I've come to the conclusion that those 15-25 grams of extra fat per day, plus around 10 grams of sugar isn't needed at all. I've got ALL THE healthy fats I could want, and the pb will only wear down on my budget I realized.

I'm still drowsy, although I woke up an hour ago. I'm considering to throw down a couple AMP or Jet Fuel, but I've been ENTIRELY off STIMS and THERMOS for 10 days now - built up a tolerance to them BIG TIME - and I was hoping I'd be able to deal with no caffeine or stims in me untill I get my Reset AD in. So i guess I just got to be studying my Calculus on a 'natural high,' hahaha . . [the high on LIFE-kind of high]

Hmm. I dont think there's more to say.

Side effects: NO ACNE (knock on WOOD !!!! If I can complete this cycle and look lean and dry as hell without pimples, so I can ACTUALLY strut my stuff, I will be forever grateful.) No hair loss. No atrophy. Sex Drive ? Unchanged. (so as low as when i started, LOL)

I said I looked dry as hell when i woke up today . . well, it got me thinking, and I thought of what I did last night ..

I take my daily supplements in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I took them prior to bed with a protein shake and a banana last night. Well, I accidentally took a 600mg ALA instead of the 300mg - they're in the same bag. Well, with 600mg ALA in your system, your body would MOST likely enjoy some sugars or carbs immidiately - i gave myself a meager 30 grams form a banana. So, 90 minutes after I take my supps, I'm still awake in bed - issues falling asleep - been dealing with off and on all semester, so I don't blame my cycle necessarily - and I get nauseous. It kind of snuck up on me, then kicked in to high gear. I was like, UGH, wtf, UGH, and gagged, and just felt ****ing miserable for like 10 minutes. Then I was like, ****, cut my carbs too low with the ALA ! My hands were shaking, and i was just feeling BAD !Dragged my ass out of bed, went to the fridge, picked up my Orange Juice, and brought it back in bed with me .. 5 minutes later, SWEET RELIEF !!!!

Anyway thought I'd let ya'll know . . Don't **** with the slin ! hahah

I said I looked dry as hell when i woke up today . . well, it got me thinking, and I thought of what I did last night ..

I take my daily supplements in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I took them prior to bed with a protein shake and a banana last night. Well, I accidentally took a 600mg ALA instead of the 300mg - they're in the same bag. Well, with 600mg ALA in your system, your body would MOST likely enjoy some sugars or carbs immidiately - i gave myself a meager 30 grams form a banana. Man, first off, I apologize for not getting back to ya yesterday ! I began replying, and then got lost in the forums ! Haha, You will be getting an answer today, though.

And yes, apparently ALA is THAT effective . . - at least to me ! I have taken it for the past 6 weeks, and I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT GIVE IT CREDIT FOR SOME OF MY VASCULARITY along with keeping me lean even on Carb loads. .

Well, it was just a joke, really, but basically, if 600mg of ALA gets me shaking cus of a lack of carbs with it, I would never poke myself with slin, then cross my fingers my carb-intake will suffice ! hahahah

But the past 6 weeks, i've had the shakes prolly 5-6 times or so - a sign the ALA was too high, or simple carbs too low - but that was just MY slight screw-up. I just didn't want to consume too much sugar in my diet and worry about a bloat, but I learned my lesson.

Had I not already planned my supplementation for the remainder of the year, i'd be trying a combo like that in a heart-beat ! LOL. Anabolic Pump i've wanted to try since it came out, but it's a little pricy it SEEMS. But for January, it's definitely in my "options' box.

then if anything try yellowgold its the cheapest of all 3 options

tastes nasty unless you cap it, not sure if you do that or not. and there are other ways of downing it

dam,dude yesterday i shot my igf-1 while at the gym(at the end part of my workout). Within 5 minuits i was as white as a ghost and felt like i was gonna pass out. Nothing like that good ol' hypo feeling...lol

I usually keep carbs low but im at week 12(of 14-15) of my test/eq cycle so i want to maximize gains. I used na-rala for quite a while with great success(pricey though).

Man, sorry to hear about the incident there . . I'd be worried too !!! (and @ the gym !? they must've thought you were siiiick !)

When I first began the UD2.0, I read in the book that nausea and exhaustion was common, so getting through those workout would be a ***** for sure . . Man, the first 3/5 weeks, I threw up in 3 out of 4 weight training work outs a week. I remember the worst day of them all: i only live 1 mile away from Gold's Gym, and after one of these full body complete depletion/exhaustion workouts, I was nauseous, pale, had been throwing up at the gym . . didn't look too good - but it was to be expected . . I HAD TO PULL OVER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD - although side road, NOT a highway - to open up the door and spill out my guts FOUR TIMES !!! So averaging every quarter mile . .. . lol

(I'm not encouraging NOR saying that working out to that point is good in any form or fashion .. but then again, my body is my own little research experiment !:)

thats why jamming at the gym is a bad noise. if something goes wrong ur stuck with a needle in you, naked and in front of a buncha people when they walk in.

i dont cap,just measure toss it it,and chase it with some water....
