Okay so some days I look ripped on my cycle but others I tend to be more smooth. Since I have nolva and clomid post cycle should I run some nolva now at small doses to see if I will rip up more?
Cottage cheese, non fat yogurt, 5 eggs
2 scoops whey 2 cups milk
can tuna, 30g chedder cheese
2 scoops whey 2 cups milk
pre workout shake (juice peanut butter, 2 scoops)
Post workout shake (same)
Dinner (varies but usually at least 50g protein in bison,beef,chicken plus potatoes and veggies)
