SD + 4AD any thoughts?

I will be hitting 25 in a few month's and I'm finally at the physical point where I wanted to use SD. I have a stash that I bought 2 years ago before the ban. I have some transdermal 4AD, would this be a bad idea to through into the mix. Also I have been reading around I notice that mostly everyone is running a 3 week SD cycle, when it first came out the 4 week was recommended, what has changed to make a 3 week safer/optimal?

You mean you stocked up on 4AD before the ban? SD is still legal. I've read a lot about how gains slow down after 3 weeks but sides get worse. That's why I did 3 weeks. I think a lot of people stretch it out to 4 weeks if sides aren't too bad.

you might want to strt the 4-ad a week earlier to give it time to kick in. it's a good combo but 4-ad gave me horrible acne all over my chest and back, all my usual creams/cleansers did nothing to it.
