A new Superdrol "log"

Ok so I already decided to start superdrol a couple days ago. I'm not going to have a log since I'm too lazy to constantly keep up a log but I will have before and after results in terms of bodyweight and strength. Anyway, I'm keeping things pretty simple here on anabolicminds.com so for now I'll provide the details on my diet, cycle info, one rep maxes, etc etc.

Weight: 180 lbs.
Height: 5'9"
Bodyfat: 15-17%
Strength stats=
Bench max: 235 lbs.
Deadlift max: 315 lbs.
Squat max: 335 lbs.
Shoulder press max: 175 lbs.
Bicep curl for 10 reps: 45 lb dumbbells per arm
Tricep extension for 6 reps: 95 lb. skull crushers
Bent over rows for 8 reps: 205 lb. barbell (no momentum just perfect form)

Superdrol Cycle and PCT info:

Week 1: 10 mg per day of superdrol, Taurine 3 grams, AX Perfect Cycle 2 tablets
Week 2: 20 mg per day of superdrol (split doses: one in morning one in evening with fats), Taurine 3 grams, AX Perfect Cycle 2 tablets
Week 3: 20 mg per day of superdrol (split doses) last 4 days 30 mgs., Taurine 3 grams, Milk Thisle, AX Perfect Cycle 2 tablets

PCT:
Week 1: Toremifene 120 mgs first 3 days, 60 mgs rest of the week, dhea 200mgs, activate 4 caps, 1 novadex-xt tablets 60 mg tabs
Week 2: Toremifene 60 mgs, dhea 200mgs, activate 4 caps, 2 novadex-xt tablets 60 mg tabs
Week 3: Toremifene 30 mgs, dhea 100 mgs, activate 4 caps, 3 novadex-xt
Week 4: Nolva 40 mgs, dhea 100 mgs, activate 4 caps, 3 novadex-xt
Week 5: Nolva 20 mgs, dhea 100 mgs, activate 4 caps, 3 novadex-xt

-liver support is used for pct too
-only reason I switch to nolva is because I wanna save some torm for the next cycle sometime during the summer.

Diet overview:
About 250-300 grams of protein per day
30-50 grams of healthy fats per day including fish oil
150-300 grams of complex carbs per day (after gym sugary carbs from fruit)
-typical food choices are, tilapia filets, chicken breast, 90% fat free ground beef, sweet potatoes boiled, cottage cheese every night, boiled eggs with and without the yolk, brown rice, regular white potatoes boiled, wheat bread, bananas, apples, lactaid skim milk (which i tend to drink in large amounts), 1 1/2 gallons of water per day, diet 7up for most meals, protein shakes with glutamine,
*all this is split up into 6-7 meals

That's about it. Let me know what you all think about my setup . I'll TRY to post some results during cycle but most likely I will post my results when I finish my cycle. So far, I'm on day three and I'm not feeling that much different but ofcourse that's expected. The only sides I'm getting which started on day two is lower back pain but that wasn't so bad considering I incorporated a high amount of fish oil and taurine everyday.

Ok since I found some time to post some info, I will.

I'm on day 3 of superdrol. So far I only got a chance to do chest, triceps, abs, quads and calves. Within these three days I had only minor increases and here is what I did.
Chest= Bench: 200 x 3, 220 x 2, 235 x 1
Dumbbell wide press with palms facing eachother (very slow w/a squeeze at top of movement): 55 lb. dumbbells x 8, 60 lb. dumbbells x 6, 65 lb. dumbbells x 5
Cable crossovers: not focused on how much weight I'm using, just burning out for higher repetitions.

Triceps, also burning out for high reps not focused on weight since my triceps are already big enough.

Quads= Leg extension with right leg only for 3 sets, 15 reps each set, progressively going up in weight from 80 lbs. to a 100 lbs. (preexhausting my right leg because it's weaker than my left)
Close stance squats (feet about 10 inches apart, down to 90 degree angle extremely slow): 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 10, 245 x 10, 255 x 6 failed on 7 with a spotter
In between close stance squat sets I'd be leg pressing light weight for a burn in my right leg, once again to preexhaust it.
-half squat stance against wall holding for one min. for burnout

Btw, in my logs, I'm only going to include weight increases in exercises that matter. For example, triceps have joint problems, so I'm not trying to increase the amoutn of weight used on tricep movements, just doing high reps for now also since my triceps are already quite big. Biceps, chest, legs, and back strength statistics will be included in my "log". And so far, the sides are kicking in. Nothing serious, just a little zit on my nose haha. Despite washing my face 4 times a day and using cream 3 times a day, I'm surprised this happened, hopefully it doesn't get any worse though.

DAY 3: Back and hams. Nothing unusual. I just got a little stronger but not an unusual strength gain since I'm eating a good clean bulk diet. No sides at all which is expected at day 3. No painful backpumps. Anyway, here are my strength stats for today.

Bent over barbell rows: 135 x 6, 185 x 6, 205 x 5
Back extension (not deadlift): 10 reps with 50 lbs. 8 reps with 70 lbs. 6 reps with 90 lbs (at the top of every movement, I would squeeze my lats with dumbbells as close to my chest as possible so basically, this is a multi functional movement as I am working on lower back, hamstrings, and my lats)
Close grip pulldowns: 100 lbs. x 15, 120 lbs. x 10, 130 lbs. x 8
One hand cable rows: 50 lbs. x 8, 60 lbs. x 8
Wide grip pulldowns (palms facing eachother): 110 x 8, 120 x 8, 130 x 6
Bent over t-bar rows: 90 x 10, 115 x 7
Hamstring curls: 80 lbs. x 15, 100 lbs. x 10

DAY 4: Wow, I don't know if it's my super perfect bulk diet or if it's the superdrol but I had an insane surge of energy. Unfortunately after doing a couple of sets of super heavy dumbbell press, I had to stop cause of a tingly feeling in my traps but the energy and potential was there.

Shoulder dumbbell press: 65 lb dumbbells, 4 times (an unusually quick 4 times), 75 lbs. 5 times (at this point, I never do this many reps on 75 lbs. that fast, almost seemed like they were 60 lb dumbbells for me but unfortunately, this si where I had to stop cause of the pain, but I'm sure I could've hit 85s if the pain wasn't there....too bad)
*for my form on this, I always let my hands go to chin level.

Rotator cuff rotation laying on sides: 10 lbs. x 18, 15 lbs. x 15
(I decided to throw this in there with high reps cause of the pain and to work on my rotator cuff to prevent future injuries)

Bent over rear lateral raises: 15 lbs. x 15 very very slow reps, 20 lbs. x 15 very slow reps, 25 lbs. x 12

Military press: 95 lbs. x 6, 115 lbs. x 6, 135 lbs x 5 (All reps I let the bar go slowly down to my lower neck and I explode up)
*Very unusually strong at this point, especially after preexhausting my shoulders so much...normally I can't go beyond 100 lbs. after all that other work so energy levels were very high with some obvious increases

Standing side laterals: 20 lbs. x 8, 25 lbs. x 8
Ended with 15 minutes cardio and stretching. Overall, amazing workout, lots of energy and obvious endurance I never have.

Sides on day 4 of superdrol: My skin is way more oily than usual but I got that under control with constant face washing and special derm. recommended creams twice a day. Besides that, no sides, just insane energy and a little aggression.

DAY 5: Rest day. Still hardly any sides. No crazy acne breakouts. We'll see on my next workouts if this is actually real superdrol that I'm using. Cause I figured, all the sides and energy/aggression I had at the gym thus far could just be placebo effect and results of a good diet that gives me energy. I did buy anabolic extreme superdrol for 120 bucks online from a seemingly illegal website, so there is the possibility that this stuff is bull**** even though it was sealed properly, it had the correct chemical formula on the back and it was from anabolic extreme. But that's just me being paranoid, I don't trust distributors all the time because I had problems but so far, hardly any sides from superdrol. Seems like at day 5, I should be getting more sides, but I feel perfectly normal. Anyway, if someone could answer this question for me....is there a feel or a way of knowing when superdrol is working besides just incredible strength increases which I won't know till next workout????????

I just finished my three week SD cycle... first week I felt just like you described: very energetic and strong, but not so much so that I was sure it was SD and not the placebo effect. Second week was incredible. Third week the lethargy hit HARD. I could barely move yesterday (last day of the cycle). I also never got any back pumps, even though I did not take taurine. I did get "shin pumps" from running (or trying to).

Edit: cycle was 20/20/20.

Sweet, then you just gave me a little hope. I was assuming second week is the week everyone is talking about in terms of great results. So I just can't wait till my next week workout sessions. I'm getting excited just thinking about it.

Oh one question I need answering for sure...is there significant strength increases in the third week too? Cause from what I read it's all in the second week, third week is just lethargy and very minor increases.

My gains kept up in the third week. I just felt like crap all the time. Second week it was like I was superman in and out of the gym. After that I had to force myself to do ANYTHING, even sleeping ten hours a day with high carbs. I dragged through my workouts - I could lift more, but everything was very slow-paced.

If you feel comfortable with this dosage maybe if by the end of week2 up it to 15-20 mgs????

Haha, beginning of week two I'll be on 20 mgs per day. My whole cycle as indicated on top will be 10/20/20 if I don't feel so bad maybe 30 on the last 3-4 days. Then ofcourse a well planned pct with toremifene, dhea, activate, and novadex-xt.

And I was afraid of the intense lethargy on week 3 m4gnum, but I figure I could take one or two weeks of that anyway. So long as all my lifts go up AGAIN on my third week, I'll be happy and I can jump into my pct with a smile on my face. Thanks for the heads up btw m4gnum considering this is my first ever steroid cycle. And definitely thanks for checking out my log. :D

DAY 5 (new side effect): This **** is sucking me dry. I'm taking 1 gallon a day on average and doing my best on getting 1 1/2 but I pee way too much and I don't sleep for ****. Benefit of this is, I'm seeing definition I haven't seen for a little while. Water coming right out of me though. I can see the obvious diuretic effects but I need to drink much more water. Oh and my libido actually went up like CRAZY. Isn't libido suposed to go down on superdrol??? Not that I'm complaining but lol, I heard otherwise.

DAY 6: Rest day. Only side is a bad headache. I rarely get headaches so I'm going to assume that is the superdrol since an increase in blood pressure causes headaches in my case. L-argynine did the same thing to me since it increases blood flow and I got nasty headaches. Besides that my weight actually went down from 180 lbs. to 178 lbs. I'm guessing this is becuase of the insane amount of water that came out of me. But I am seeing more hardness and a slight bit more density, nothing crazy as it is only the 6th day and I don't work out again till day 8.

I'm irritable on this stuff and get angry quite easily. It's not an explosive or uncontrollable anger but a very irritating feeling. My mood sucks on this stuff and normally I'm very cheery. So superdrol in combination with school and lots of tests makes me an ass. Anyone have problems with that on superdrol? Aren't you supposed to feel great on steroids? Cause I feel like absolute crap.

No no, that makes ME special haha. j/k. Btw, tomorrow is the day we'll see if this whole cycle was worth it. I'm hitting chest tomorrow for the second time on the cycle so I'm hoping for some nice increases. Tomorrow will be a pinnacle point in this log as I will start 20 mgs per day with an even higher dose of milk thistle, taurine, and lots of fish oil.

DAY 8: Woooooowwwwww. Ok here comes the part where I say I believe in superdrol, it's the **** blah blah blah you all get it. So yea, today's workout was insane. I was so insanely anxious to get into the gym, I hardly even looked at anyone, I just put my stuff in the locker and started to warm up. Unfortunately, I can't give you guys my weight cause my stupid gym still didn't order a scale and they probably won't for a while cause it's been over 2 weeks and they don't seem to care. But, here are my strength stats of today's workout.

Chest day:
Dumbbell flyes: Warm up 12 lbs, 40 lbs. then into the workout I started with 50 lbs. x 8, 55 lbs x 8, 65 lbs x 7 *all this done super slow*(that 65 lb. dumbbell flyes is a new personal record as I never went beyond 60s...and oddly enough, the 55s felt heavy but I did the 65 lbs for 7 reps on my own and failed on 8 which my spotter helped me on)
*at this point, I'm looking at my pump in the mirror and both my arms and my chest are blown up beyond belief. There is definitely a clear difference in size and density compared to before I started the superdrol. Plus, I couldn't go beyond 55 lbs. on dumbbell flyes before...so 65 lbs. is definitely a great increase.

Flat bench press: (as usual super slow negatives with a controlled explosive form upwards)
135 lbs. x 8 (felt unbelievably easy)
155 lbs. x 8 (once again surprisingly easy)
185 lbs. x 4 (at this point, I never go up to this weight on my second chest exercise after preexhausting my chest on flyes like I did...typically I don't go beyond 135 because my chest is so exhausted but ofcourse with superdrol....yea you know.........)

Burnout chest fly machine: 2 sets, weight is irrelevant since it's just a burnout.

Additional comments: Great workout! But the sides are starting to get more noticeable. I was super lethargic all day, I felt like crap, until I decided to go to the gym then I just got super excited. Absolutely no additional problems with acne also to my surprise and I'm officially on 20 mgs per day now.

And just incase you are wondering here is an example of my diet going with today's meal choices:

Meal 1: 1 glass of milk (8 grams fat, about 10 grams protein)
Protein shake (50 grams protein)
Banana

Meal 2: Subway sandwich (double meat roast beef on wheat bread w/ about 10 grams of fat, 40 carbs, 40 protein), Kiwi fruit (appr. 20 grams carbs???)

Meal 3: Large serving of shrimp (about 40 grams protein), sweet potatoe and regular potatoe (about 50 grams carbs),

Meal 4: Myoplex shake (42 grams protein, 17 grams carbs, 8 grams fat)

Meal 5: Protein shake (50 grams protein), Cranberry juice (30 grams carbs)

WORKOUT

Meal 6 post workout: Subway roast beef double meat (40 grams carbs, 40 grams protein, 10 grams fat), MRP protein shake (40 grams protein, 21 grams carbs, 2 grams fat)

Meal 7 before sleep: Cottage cheese whole container (38 grams protein about 30 grams carbs?, 0 grams fat)

Another quick update...I forgot to mention, my chest flyes are picture perfect form all the time. Arms just slightly bent and dumbbells down to chest level so I get a nice stretch.

Yea for sure man, the slower the better. I feel the muscle work much harder when I slow it down and contract at the top. Typically flat dumbbell press or flyes done very slow gets my chest so damn sore the next day and never fails to do so. Good stuff.

DAY 9: Rest day. Headache, debilitating lethargy, and a very irritable mood. I hate superdrol in this aspect.

DAY 10 (BACK): Great workout with lots of energy today. My strength didn't go up like crazy but I had a crazy amount of endurance today and my back was super pumped. Here is my routine for today:

Bent over barbell rows: 135 x 8, 185 x 6, 225 x 4 (great almost 20 lb. increase in this)

Wide grip pullups: 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps slow with failure on 6 and then switched to underhand pullups as a drop set immediately after and pulled another 4 (LOTS OF ENERGY ON THIS WITH A GREAT PUMP, not a painful pump though hmmm)

Close grip lat pulldowns: 110 lbs x 10, 130 lbs. x 8, 150 lbs. x 6 (I don't usually go beyond 120 after preexhausting on bodyweight pullups and rows so this is great at this point)

Deadlift: (I haven't done deadlifts in a while due to some upper spinal issues so this lift sucked) 225 x 8, 275 x 3, 325 couldn't even go up one time grrrrr

Since I failed badly on deadlifts I just did some back extensions with dumbbells
40 lb. dumbbells x 8
40 lb. dumbbells x 8

Ended here with some stretching. Overall great workout and a nice strength increase with some crazy endurance.

Added points:
*20 mgs total superdrol today
*no lethargy (strange)
*no acne problems
*no painful back pumps at all
*happy with increases considering I'm probaby losing fat and my weight seems to be going down. I used my crappy home scale and it says 172 in the morning. Seems as if I lost a lot of water weight but also possibly some fat and considering that I'm gaining a good amount of strength and obvious density at the same time, I'm very happy with this cycle.

DAY 12: Shoulders, biceps, triceps:
-Great workout as usual on superdrol. The strength increase on my shoulder press isnt anything out of the ordinary though but I am very close to my strength levels at my last year bulk cycle at 203 lbs. bodyweight. Right now I dont weigh more than 178 lbs. and Im doing almost as much as I would at 203 lbs. I am quite happy with my strength levels though at this point.

Here is my workout for today:

Shoulder military press (reps always done with bar going down to lower neck levels so the reps are very deep as far as a shoulder press goes, and no I am not using the smith machine shoulder press):
135 lbs. x 4
150 lbs. x 3
160 lbs. x 2
135 lbs. x 7
-Side lateral raises supersetted with hammer curls:
15 lb. dumbbell lateral raises 12 reps, followed immediately by 30 lb. hammer curls 10 reps

15 lb. dumbbell lateral raises 12 reps, 40 lb. dumbbell curls 6 reps
20 lb. dumbbell laterla raises 12 reps, 45 lb. dumbbell curls 5 reps

-behind head tricep extensions: 40 lbs. 20 reps, 65 lbs. 12 reps, I was going to do 75s but my joints were absolutely dry and in horrible pain so I stopped and decided to go for rope extensions

-Tricep rope extensions:
65 lbs. x 10
85 lbs. x 10
95 lbs. x 8
105 lbs. x 6
65 lbs. x 12

End exercises for this day with stretching as usual.

Added notes:
*extreme lethargy today
*joints very dry and in pain
*arms pumped at 16 and one fourth inch (VERY NICE)

dude, you could take 10mg like an hour before u workout, then you could take the other 10mg at night for lethargy. so hopefully youll sleep good

Yea, I decided to take superdrol later on in the day instead and before I go to sleep. We'll see how that works out cause I'm a student and I'm sick of feeling exhausted throughout the day. That's also partially becuase of my change in daily schedules and lack of sleep from all nighters but we'll see if this changes anything. Thanks for checking out the log P4! :)

DAY 13: Rest day. Acne breakout!! Bah. Two new pimples on my face and one just ready to come in....I gotta strengthen the facial treatment. And honestly, I can't wait till this cycle is done cause I feel like crap on it. Day 21 should be my last day. Can't wait!

Another added point, my weight is still not going up on superdrol but my strength is every week. What's up with that? Maybe it's the clean nature of my bulk and the fact that I'm only taking in moderate carbs since I gain fat way too easily. My carbs never go beyond 200 grams protein always between 250-300 grams and I weigh right now 175 down from 180 with increased density and more size and strength pretty much everywhere which is great...but is this at all common on superdrol?

I know man, I realized that so I'm trying my best to up my carbs for the last week of superdrol. I have no problem taking in large amounts of protein but the carbs is what I have trouble with (since I hate eating healthy carbs blehhh) that's why I'm adding a mass gainer instead of just eating as much fruit and potatoes as I can cause that usually doesn't account for that much. We'll see, with this mass gainer things should run a bit smoother.

Btw, I forgot to mention my goals. I want a 225 x 4-5 bench by the end of cycle, a squat of atleast 315 x 4, and a shoulder press of 185 lbs. for a one rep max. I also wanna row 225 x 8 if possible and curl 50 lb. dumbbells for atleast 6 times. I wish I could get my tricep max up but my elbow joints are always in horrible pain when I do skull crushers or overhead tricep extensions so realistically, I don't wanna blow out my elbows going too heavy to increase my tricep strength cause that's how I did it before to get to 100 lb. skull crushers but that is also what caused my joint problems. I was maxing at 3 reps with maximum weight way too much in the past on skull crushers and now increasing the strength on my triceps is out of the questino for atleast a year. Grrr. :(

Pics named: 520, a good night out, back lat spread, and bulking up are good ideas of what I looked like before the superdrol cycle. Overall these are pics of me in the last 4 years of bodybuilding all natural. The only things I used before this cycle of superdrol that were giving me legal edges were tribestan (tribulus), rebound xt, glutamine, and creatine. These past couple of weeks is the first time I ever used a steroid, in this case superdrol. This summer will be my first official hardcore steroid cycle wtih sustanon, dbol, and superdrol to bridge into pct since sustanon stays in system for one month. In other words, 5 weeks sustanon/dbol, 3 weeks superdrol, one week off then pct. And thank for the encouragement srt4!

Another added point, my weight is still not going up on superdrol but my strength is every week. What's up with that? Maybe it's the clean nature of my bulk and the fact that I'm only taking in moderate carbs since I gain fat way too easily. My carbs never go beyond 200 grams protein always between 250-300 grams and I weigh right now 175 down from 180 with increased density and more size and strength pretty much everywhere which is great...but is this at all common on superdrol?
Not sure if i've ever seen a SD log where the person didn't put on any weight. UP those carbs my man! You don't want to waste your first cycle! 200gms carbs at 175lbs is far from enough. I'd say you need even more then your protein if your trying to bulk up. Or are you cutting? :think: Add in another bowl of oats, brown bread or rice, something at least.
