Alright. So much talk about pheraplex and superdrol i am going to give it a go. I am 21 years old, 6'5 i was 230lbs at 8% but unfortunatly now i am 225lbs about 9%.
Training is Max-OT style, diet is about 450g PT, 350g Carb which will be increased to 400g, and fat at 55g increasing to 75g all fish oils and omega 369.
Been taking 600mg NAC a day for three months going to add NAC at 1200mg and Milk Thistle and RALA.
Cycle is Pheraplex by Anabolic Xtreme
10/20/20/30 ... or should i go 20/20/20/20
Starting in a week.
PCT is
Week 1: Nolva 20mg, Clomid 100mg, DHEA 300mg, RXT
Week 2: Nolva 15mg, Clomid 75mg, DHEA 300mg, RXT
Week 3: Nolva 10mg, Clomid 50mg, DHEA 200mg, RXT
Week 4: Nolva 10mg, Clomid 50mg, DHEA 100mg, RXT
Might add some 4ad sulingual pre and post workout on cycle and maybe in 8am on PCT.
