I work third shift at my job and was wondering if someone could help with supplementation. I work out when I wake up, usually about an hour or two after waking. Before hand I suck down a meal replacement to get some energy. I am going to start a SD cycle soon and was wondering about dosing. Should I look at my day as begining at 5am since I get up at 5pm and just supplement accordingly? Then what about PCT, same thing?
