week 1-8 test prop 150mg eod
week 1-3 sd 20mg ed
week 7-9 m5aa 100mg ed
week 10-13 Nolvadex/clomid

comment on this for a lean mass cycle,with 1000cals over maintance

you should run the test for at least 12 weeks, bro.... I prefer 15 weeks, JMO.

Dont you think that test-prop would do just fine for 8 weeks only?
what do you think about the sd and m5?

I agree with mgh 12-15 weeks on test, Unless you dont have enough. then again ive heard that some ppl make great gains off 8 weekers. Sd should be fine, to start it off. Have no experience with m5aa.

I think 8 weeks is just fine with prop as well, esp if your adding orals to the mix. Hope you don't mind pinning EOD. I would run the prop up to the end since the half life is much shorter, JMO. You might really want to invest in some HCG, especially if you go over 8 weeks with Prop and SD. Listen to your body and train hard. :burger:

i will not add hcg,dont have the money,but i have plenty of nolva/clomid,

looks fine to me. only thing i would change is run the prop til the day before PCT starts. or back the M5AA up by 1 week (6-8) so you end prop and M5 on the same day. JMO

i ran it solo a couple years ago and it hardened me up quite nicely. as long as your diet is clean, i think you'll be happy. good luck :D

my diet is very clean and good,what lenght and dosage did you run it at?and at what cals?

i don't remember cals at the time, diet wasn't retardedly clean but clean nonetheless. i believe i was around 240lbs at the time and i ran 20-40mgs 1 hr before workout, for like 3 weeks if memory serves me correctly. we were running an average of 10-15 miles per week at the time too, so cardio was definately a contributing factor.

week 1-8 test prop 150mg eod
week 1-4 m-trn 4,mg ed
week 5-8 prostanozol 100-150mg
week 6-8 m5aa 60-100mg

comments on this please?is prostan a waste?
i have a big stock of ph and ds so i will use them rather than buy more gear.
