Week 1 : OT 40mg
Week 2 : OT 40mg
Week 3 : OT 20mg Var 30mg
Week 4 : OT 20mg Var 30mg
Week 5 : Var 40mg
Week 6 : Var 20mg
Right now Im 6'1 195 ~15%, would like to end up the same weight at ~10% bf. Basically doing diet cleanup + add cardio to training, cut out evening carbs.
Any opinions?
Oh and Im chicken of needles, wont pin myself.
