Hello everyone, Im going to be starting a 3 week M1T cycle on january 9th. I thought i might keep a log of one since I havnt seen one in the longest time.

Stats
6'0
189-190
13% bodyfat ??

This coming week Im going to be frontloading

Milk Thilstle 500mg
COq10 150mg
Colustrum
Fish Oil

Ill be taking these on cycle as well.

Cycle

Week 1-3 - M1T 10mg

Any questions comments concerns???

I'm interested to see how much you gain and actually keep. But whatever you do be sure you keep your calories high.

By the way where's the red yeast rice (cholesterol) and hawthorn berry for your blood pressure. Any thoughts yet on your PCT? Mine would look something like this....

Nolva 60,40,20
RETAIN 4 caps per day
ATD 25,50,75,100mgs
Fenugreek 4,3,2,1 grams
DHEA 250 ED
and of course a liver protector (perfect cycle):thumbsup:

M1T is the DEVIL

yea i completely forgot about putting my PCT up there....my bad

PCT
Rebound XT - 100,75,50,25
DHEA - 400,300,200,100
Milk Thistle - 500mg
EFA's - 2-4 g
CoQ10 - 150mg


For cholesterol I have the fish oil, the studies I have read said it works well....but I guess I might throw in some RYR. I have CoQ10 for blood pressure.

I will run nolva throughout the cycle at 20 mg because my nipples get aggravated from progestone ( i beileve )

How well does Retain work?

Retain worked extremely well for me. I would suggest taking 4 servings per day. Take one upon waking up, Post workout, early evening, and just prior from going to sleep. :thumbsup:

well i started today, took one 5 mg pill at 8am and just took one at 330 before my workout. Probably keeping my calories around 200-500 over maitenence. Im using DC training methods for this cycle so we will see how that goes.

Quads, Hams, Bi's, Forearms, Calves today

I didn't have any sides from M1T and ended up keeping about 6 of the 15 total I put on. It was crazy though gaining 15lbs in 14 days. the only thing I did for pct was nolva 40/40/20/20. I wish I knew then what I know now.

What do you mean by wishing what you know now? Is this in regards to your PCT?
