Hello everyone, sorry I am new here, but I have been researching here and lurking on here as well as on bodybuilding . com trying to learn as much as possible and there is so much knowledge I am very thankful to have access to such great minds... Well anyway I'm getting together my mass gaining cycle have most of my supplies but still waiting on Nolva and Clomid to come thru,
1st I am still in planning stages so I would like to post my plan here and get critiscm, flamed, advised or whatever so that I my learn more , tweak my plan, and just get general ideas on how to make it as successfull as possible with the stuff I have.
I apologize because my wife has stated my allowance for supplements has run out for this year so I am stuck with what I got and with the exception of nolva, clomid, nutrition(food and shakes), and maybe cheap support supplements if advise by you guys... My next post/reply will contain the plan.

Yeah lol she's a fiesty one but hey I managed to procure a rather nice stash anyway....

i concur. how do you fit food in your stomach after all that?

speaking of which, post up your diet. that would be a lot more useful than the oodles of noodles you've laid out.

Well actually I'm not on this cycle plan right now, It is a representation of what I have and , well (little embarassed) I did get carried away in the planning stage here, I got so excited while learning about each supplement and cycles and diet plans and training routines etc. and I kept getting ideas and reading more and "oh I should put that in" on and on until the work of "art" you see before you was formed.
And knowing that I needed some objective criticism I posted it here for your comments. so if you could, can anyone give their opinion as to what I should draw from this cycle as being the core "all I need" or "enough" to be a good cycle and what should I drop and save for later endeavors.?.?.?
and to answer the diet question, I eat at least six meals a day (when I am doing good LOL) depending upon my training intensity I take in 250-400 grams of protein, a matching amount of carbs, and limit my fat intake to only the good stuff such as from Flax and Fish or Fish oil
like the grams of protein / carbs / fat my calories of course vary upon intensity of training and goals....
I try to eat lean meats, fruits, vegies, good carbs such as oatmeal and brown rice etc. (my favs for carbs) I even try to go organic when possible and when funds permit (Whole Foods Market is expensive) I use protien shakes and MRPs between meals, in "emergencies", before and/or after workouts, and sometimes at bedtime (again depends on intensity and goals) for the planned cycle I was definitely looking foward to eating at the high end of grams and calories and at least 6 meals a day, I had it planned to work in the supps and food/shakes without "conflict" on paper but paper is not the real deal ,
So thank you for expressing your concerns about this "exaggerated" plan, I must admit I really wanted/want to do this cycle as is but if anyone can help me weed out the unneccessaries I would greatly appreciate it, and I am sure I would have much better gains not to mention the knowledge i would gain... Thanks again I hope to hear more replys and comments soon!:thumbsup:

A few stats would be helpful i.e. age, wt, ht, BF%, years training, PH/AAS experience...
I'd highly recommend rethinking your plan after you put some research time here. Quite a lot of supps. Most I've no experience with or never heard of. I have played with the prostanazol, rebound, ultra hotter, clomid, nolva. Looks like you are running quite a few AI's during cycle and PCT. That primobolan in week 6 & 7 is it actual primobolan or is it that acetate stuff you are running the week before?
Hopefully you kept the receipts for all this stuff?

my personal stats: well here goes....
I am not exactly a beginer but not super experience either so I'd just say that I am a student and am willing and love to learn all I can about bodybuilding, fitness, nutrition, supplementation, etc.
I have been lifting weights for about 3-4 years (wow that is nothing compared to most of you LOL) I have been invovled in fitness all my life though... As early I can remember I have studied Martial Arts, Starting with Judo as a young child, then Tang So Do, and some Hop Ki Do, and most recently I have found my calling CAPOEIRA, and have also started training ju jitsu, boxing, wrestling etc. in an effort to possibly persue MMA competitions and to just plain better myself... I was also involved in cross country (long distance running) during High School, and an afterschool program called raiders that delt with the classic fitness approach: pushups , pullups, situps, running, jumping jacks, etc....
as I said my lifting of weights career is still green... but I have found great benifit from it and now it is part of my life... I am so glad their are forums like this, but especially this one and anabolic minds, I lose myself in these forums for hours LOL not even intentionally its just so fun.
whoops too much typing well physical stats are:
24 years old 6'2" 210-215 lbs, hold a bit of fat from a previous bulk that I had attempted and then towards the end I got and infected wisdom tooth and today had that removed plus the others anyway it was weird how one little tooth infection that I didn't notice till it was "too late" affected my entire health from small ways to headaches and fever etc... well glad thats over now time to start training again... um as soon as these gums close up sufficiently
early this year around febuary I was 200 lbs approx and I did a very successfull leaning out program that put me at 182 lbs for my testing (capoeira) on May 1st Man I felt so fast at that wieght
Then when my teacher took a trip to brazil I wanted to start a bulking program and I used a combo of Animal products (mstak stak2 the pak liver tabs as well as creatine and NO products) gain a good bulk to 203lbs or so with much better muscle than I had in febuary I took a rest from bulking and then repeated a diff bulk around end of august using combos of nitrix, CEX, dominator, M 1-p, I blew my mind and actually lost some fat and gained great muscle and at one point I was 226lbs but when I started getting sick I at first thought it was the PHs and I slowed and eventually stopped them only to continue to feel worse LOL and then found it was the tooth and here I am lost some muscle gain some fat and sitting at around 215 LOL crazy!

The primobolan is acetate and not the actual "steroid". it was sold as an AI

any method to the madness of running multiple AI's during PCT? I am guessing that the Methyl Masterdrol by legal gear is similar to Superdrol. I would highly rec'd you simplify your cycle. Something like:
week 1-3: Methyl Masterdrol 20mg/day
week 3-5: prostanazol 75-100mg/day
Then do a search about your other supps and see what the experience is on this board with them. Half of them look like bunk & hype products. Sorry if that offends you but IJMHO.
Frontload some milk thistle & hawthorne ~ 2 weeks prior.
If you are prone to gyno get yourself some Nolva (tamoxifen citrate) not Novedex.
Run a search re: PCT or just go look thru the designated forum.

Anybody have any suggestions for which products I have listed for Post cycle that are/should be "THE ONES TO KEEP" so I can save uneeded ones for other times and further simplify my cycle???? I appreciate your time and advice...

Nevertheless, I would stick with the Rebound, creatine (preferbly CEE), and I would recommend purchasing Lean Xtreme or reduce for cortisol control. Nolva as a precaution or you could just run it Nolva 40,40,20,20. Helps with the lipid profile. If you do, run the Rebound 20,20,50,50 or so.

More research on your part would also be recommended. It only helps.
