My Cycle
week 1-3 - Superdrol
week 1-3 - VPX 1-test cyp
week 4-7 - Nolva 40/30/20
On cycle
-Coq10 - 200 mg (for blood pressure support)
-NAC - (liver)
-Milk Thistle (Liver)
-Beta Sitosterol (cholesterol support)
-Fish Oil - 6-10g a day
-250-350g of protein
- 3500-4500 calories a day
* I might throw some RYR and Garlic in there
* Also I have a bottle of finigenx I was thinking about adding
Off Cycle
- Nolva...(or novedex...what is your guy's opinion on this?)
- Pretty much all the same supps above...
My Stats
-I weigh about 183-184, im hoping I cant put on 12-15 lbs
and also how was superdrol for strength...how much did you bench,
squat and deadlift go up?
