Training History
I lifted for mainly power and strength for five years in college. I ran sprints (100m,200m, and relays). Since then, I lift to keep an athletic look. I want to stay lean, but I want to gain some good quality mass.


Doses will be:

I'll follow along here. I will be running DMZ/Epiandro soon so it should be similar. Are these both Vicious Labs?

30-45 DMZ. 900 Epi. I may bring the Epi out a few more weeks past the DMZ too but haven't decided yet. Also VL.

I can’t see any cycle support also u need to increase epi andro to 750 plus to reap its benefits and let it work as a test base

I'll post by Cycle Support protocol. Figured it was just a given to most people on the forums haha. The caps are in 300mg increments, so I might just do an extra cap? Or do you think I should bump to 900mg?

I would say 900 and spread the doses out. Another issue is the half life of Epiandro. You're going to want to space it out every 8-12 hours and you can't do that with just one cap. You're doing a 4 week cycle just dose it at 900 and that will take care of the bottle.

Yep the epiandro at 300 is way low brother, 750 is really the minimum I’ve seen anyone get any benefits from but most run at 900+

Not sure it would really be enough to offset any lethargy from Msten but a 4 week run you should be able to push through anyway.

Don’t add a sarm in pct

Sounds good, I know people dose pre-WO for the boost in aggression. What times do you usually dose?

I have not used it yet but I will be experimenting heavily with the dosage. I will try 3 split for a bit, 2 pwo 1 evening, 3 pwo, maybe even 4 pwo or split 2-2 if I up the dose.

I'm doing the exact same cycle, msten + epiandro from VL, but for 6 weeks. Im almost finished with week 3 and really impressed with this stack. Good luck!

I've been taking 600mg epi preworkout, and then 300mg later in the day. Also experimenting with 900mg all at once preworkout. Not sure which I prefer yet.

What are your gains like so far?

I've been doing 600mg as well preworkout. I haven't felt much yet, but it's only been two days. My first dose is in the morning since I train after work.

Huge increase in strength, a little increase in size, which makes sense since I read that msten is more for strength, while DMZ is suppose to give more size. I felt it really kick in around weeks 2-3.

I probably did too much volume on the front end to go heavier...will adjust next workout

Machine Row: 30x15,50x12(really just wanted to pump some blood in the muscle and get a little more volume in)

Week 1 Review
Not much to note just yet, but I do have a few notes to jot down:

Mood and Aggression - haven't felt much yet from the EPI, but I think it takes a week or so to kick in. Currently a dose 300mg in the morning and 600mg pre-workout

Libido - No change

Strength - Nothing to write home about just yet, but I have been able to squeeze out a rep or two on certain lifts

Endurance - No change

Weight Changes - Still sitting at the same weight

Thanks for joining Movement! I feel people do a disservice by not doing conditioning which on cycle. You can really get some quality work in while enhanced I believe.

Hopefully I don't get any sides for the last 2 weeks. I think my liver was aching a bit, but I read that just means you just need to drink more water so I did and it went away. No other sides so far.

Hopefully I don't get any sides for the last 2 weeks. I think my liver was aching a bit, but I read that just means you just need to drink more water so I did and it went away. No other sides so far.
As far as conditioning goes, I sprinkle in 3x a week hill sprints, sled pushes, and maybe some Tabata bike sessions. Mainly I am doing this because I love conditioning, keeping fat a bay, and for me is keeps me accountable to stay "athletic".

20/20/20/20/20/20 msten
600mg epiandro preworkout, 300mg later in the day, starting in week 3

I haven't maxed out my lifts because I read it's good to just train high volume on cycle, but I've been getting solid strength gains each workout; been adding 10 lbs per week to compound lifts, or 5 lbs for dumbbells. It's like having noob gains again. I'm around 5'7 and started at 160ish, and am around 170 now. I'm sure a lot of that is water, but I'm happy with the results so far. People at the gym who see me everyday are like WTF. I should have done more cardio/conditioning like you did though, I will keep that in mind for my next cycle.

Had a busy week last week traveling so I didn't get to train much. I am experiencing some positive changes that I will note below.

I am thinking about doing 6 weeks instead of 4. Thoughts? Seems like it's taking awhile to kick in

Mood and Aggression - Because I dose heavily prior to my workouts, I have noted some aggression in the gym which has been great for Leg Day and Deadlifts

Libido - Libido is still alive and kickin'. Seems like it's slight better at this point in time

Strength - Weights are starting to get easier which I was bump weight on lifts accordingly.

Endurance - No change

Weight Changes - I am about 2lbs. Even though the scale might not say the same, I look leaner and a lot heavier than a 2 pound increase. Mostly in my shoulders and back

Do 6! I'm finishing up week 6 now and am glad I did the last 2. Wish it would never end.

In for a final review. I'm running the exact same thing right now with the exception of the addition of 4 pumps of Dermacrine for now.

My last run of Epistane I had to ditch the Dermacrine for some Dermatrest because I felt like poo without it.
