So week 2 almost done... what I’ve noticed is my recovery is increased by a lot , my sleep not very much. Strength definitely up..I manage to bench my old pr after one month of my gynecomastia surgery recovery. Back size visibly increased,same as chest.. arms got leaner but have the same size,so a slight increase there...belly fat reduced,have fairly visible abs, also love handles reduced BY A LOT. My weight has gone down about 0,5-1kg but I am more muscular.

Diet: Ketogenic 75% fat 20-25% protein 0-5% carbs(trying to keep them as low as possible) overall day calories about 2600 but I eat about 1700 to 2000 cause I work half the day

For training I’m doing a version of the Texas method with some BB accessory work 3/week

Little to no cardio but I doesn’t matter cause I eat very little amounts of food
