Forskolin with meals - cAMP
DHT (Butea superba, creatine)

preworkout
10mg epistane / 50mg furuza alternating on workout days..
stinging nettle - SHBG binding / prostate / kidneys
L-carnitine L tartrate - for androgen receptor density, etc
DAA- 3gm - for LHRH to minimize shutdown
Tongkat Ali -

prebed - 5mg DHEA + mucuna + ashwaghanda

do not track calories - been doing it for long time..
Test boost diet: healthy with plenty protein, balanced macros.

Foods with focus:
oysters (DAA, zinc, copper), beef, kefir (L acidohilus reuteri/rhamnosus), food sources of K2(kimchi), kombucha, skyr, eggs, grass fed butter, olive oil, lots of salads
indole3-carbinol (broccoli, kale, etc), white but mushrooms(aromatase inh),
micronutrient shakes (mixed berries, greens mix, bee pollen, hemp, acai, goji berry)
juices(carrot, beet, celery) - liver health / estrogen excretion

Milk thistle / NAS

diomatecous earth - source of silica for tendon/joints / detox.

workouts - full body, ATG squats, deads, presses, weighted chin, dips
Strongman
current lifts: 325 ATG sq, 405 dead, 275 bench

Oh shoot I saw it’s only 10 mg whoops. Yea I don’t really know what to think about your setup. How long are you going to use the epistane and Furaza for?

This seems pointless
slow recomp, keepable gains.. whats the point of gaining 13# then losing 10# while trashing lipids, etc..

Oh shoot I saw it’s only 10 mg whoops. Yea I don’t really know what to think about your setup. How long are you going to use the epistane and Furaza for?
probably 3 weeks - come off for 2-3 weeks and get back on. we will see how i feel, most important goal is strength gains anyway..

If your eating and training hard your not gonna loose your gains on something like epistane. Anything dry I have never lost post cycle. And I can't see that low of a dose doing anything but buck with your hormones for zero gains. But to each his own. Don't mean anything by it, just my opinion
