I work out 3 to 4 days a week, mainly because my joints won't tolerate much more than that, and I have found that my CNS exhausts quicker as I got older. I know some older guys can still hit the weights 4 to 5 days a week, or maybe more, unfortunately I am not one of them .

I didn't start the DMZ until this week due to some scheduling conflicts.
The 10 weeks of Dien E is being driven by the amount I have on hand and how long it will last at the current dosage. That dosage may go up as well as my ordering more as I get further into the cycle and assess how my body reacts, both good and bad.
I will be logging as I go, but it will be more about progress and physiological effects (positive/negative) than it will be about a workout centric log. I do track my workouts, so I will be reporting on strength and/or endurance progress, but I will not be logging each individual workout.
Current DMZ dosing is morning/evening
I may run the Test past 14 weeks, all depending on when my doctor schedules my next blood draw. I will need to revert to my TRT dosage at least 44 days prior to the blood test.
