Hi guys . ive been lifting for a year now (natty) . so.im thinking about doing a clen cycle . im 25 years old ive gained a lot of muscle but also a lot of fat . so i want to cut down and im eating very clean now . is it wise to take clen now or should i get fat% lower ? And how should start my cycle ?
And i know there are side effects ; is there a way to take it safely?
