Today was day 1 of my cycle, ill try and keep updating as many times as possible but im usually kinda busy so they may be sporadic. cals are at ~3100 right now for the first week then i will bump it to around ~3500. ill take some weight measurements tomorrow to see where things are at, gotta get a scale here at home.
week 1: frontload with 4ad at 800mg transdermal ED
week 2-3: 4ad 800mg/ED, 10 mgs m1t ED, OT-1 starting the 11th day of the cycle and running for a total of 18 days
week 4: 4ad 800mg/ED, OT-1, rebound xt, dhea, fenugreek
week 5: 4ad 800mg/ED
week 6: 4ad 800mg/ED, m1t 10 mg/ED
week 7: 4ad 800mg/ED, 10 mgs m1t/ED
OT-1
week8-10 PCT: OT-1, rebound xt, lean extreme, dhea, fenugreek
while on cylce i plan on also using sesathin, k-r-ala, CEE, fish oil, and all the supports for the m1t such as potassium, taaurine, hawthorn berry, saw palmetto, taurine, NAC
plan on taking in 3500 cals/day at a 45/35/15 breakdown, thinking that i should take the cals up 200-300/day while on the OT-1
also, i was thinking that supplementing with the krala while on the OT-1 would be a bad idea??? planned on running it a 1000 mg/ED while not on the OT-1. maybe take in 500mgs PWO while on the OT-1???
also, any thoughts about the RXT, dhea, and fenugreek in week 4 when coming off the m1t. is this a good idea?
went and got my blood drawn yesterday, just waiting on the results for the lipid and liver values
