Just to give you all little info I'm 5"5 and a 180 pounds.
My maxes are
245 bench
360 dead lift
270 squat
Yeah I know my lifts are not that good...
I'm 25 and have been lifting for three years and I know I should be stronger but for me strength comes slow and I really started from the bottom couldn't squat 135 and I barely even could deadlift 135.
My goals is just to cut up and gain a little strength.
