Hello AM, going to run the infamous 1/4/EPI stack for 8 weeks. The plan may seem a little different, but really the main focus is athleticism, power-to-weight. Winter is always a good excuse to bulk so I'm trying to make the best out of the period and attempt a modified bulk to a cut.

Plan/Training
Training will be nearly 4 hours a day, 6 days a week, with a rest on Sunday. I'm going to focus on low and slow, negatives, really stretching the muscle for the first 3 weeks. Then going to ramp things up quite a bit and work on reaction and power for the remainder.

Diet
Similar to the rest of the layout, diet will be above maintenance for the first 3 weeks, then taper into under maintenance for the remainder. I tend to follow strict low-carb but seeing how it's the holidays, realistically I'm going to do my best to keep protein high and not worry about carbs as much. Was toying with the idea of taking a picture every meal and posting a daily thumbnail strip, but ain't no one got time for that... Well, least I don't right now.

Lately I've felt Father Time sneaking up on me and I'd like to achieve a few things while I still have some spark left. I've lost roughly 20lbs since my last PH run and managed to keep most of my strength. Ideally, I'd like to retain as much strength as possible during the cut phase (who doesn't) but in the end I'll be happy if I come out leaner. Hopefully this will be the motivation I need to carry me to my goals. Time to get SUP3R!

I'll do a quick final review. (Had to end early.)

Ending weight: 195lbs.

To the point, this stuff works. I've been training for twenty years, pretty steady past ten, nearing my genetic potential and this stuff produced. Had to cut the cycle short at five weeks but strength went up fast! Was gaining a solid pound of muscle a week minimum. Diet was all over the map, but I would best describe at as still shuttling food to the right spots. Outstanding pumps and vascularity. Skin was oily but looks the best it has in years, very tight and grainy.

I'm nearing forty-years-old, this stuff reversed the clock maybe ten years. In other words, this stuff was on par with my results when I was thirty. Someone younger might not get as good a result, hard to say. I can't imagine how good this stuff would have worked for a cut. Couldn't speak for others 1-Andro products, but OL's SUP3R-1 was nearly identical to the original 1-AD. It works plain and simple.

Two side effects I have to warn of. Big time testicle shrinkage and strong loss of libido. Basically it's real 1-AD... If I had to put a number on it, 50%+ shrinkage and 50%+ loss of libido. Maybe the two are related? Either way, noticeable. As long as this returns to normal after a few months this is a solid product. Will run it again someday (as long as everything returns to normal). Dedicate this to my daughter.

03/21/17 - 201lbs, haven't been training consistently. Everything seems to have returned to normal. Around week 3 of recovery libido was easily 125%, then it normalized. Got some small acne on my chin and temples, haven't had that in 20 years. Hair might, MIGHT, have thinned, but I have a little MPB and I'm also getting older so... Kept most of my gains despite the depression of losing my daughter. Eating poorly, but lots of compliments on my larger size. Will probably get some bloods soon.

Woke up early for travel, took my SUP3R-MAN pills.

Didn't notice much, not that I expected too. Might have helped keep me awake a little for a presentation. Was definitely irritable playing racquetsports. Played well and still complained about my shots, yeah I was THAT guy.

I need to get a blood pressure monitor. Had one of the worse bouts of insomnia I've ever had in my life last night. Every time my eyes shut someone was playing drums in my chest. Can't even compare to caffeine or alcohol. Heart rate seemed fine, I'm guessing the blood pressure was pretty extreme.

Sleep was better. Guess that's my body getting used to my lipids tanking... Made sure to take SUP3R-1 no later than dinner. BP monitor arrives tomorrow.

Bmac63095 I wish! Turns out I have more 1-Andro and 1-EPI than I thought. Might start bumping the doses if I can handle it.

Ordered too much SUP3R-1, bumping up to 330mg.

Lifting: 1 hour
Bench Press: 315x2​
Racquetsports: 1 hour

Training went well, felt strong. Got 315 for 2 easy no spotter. Increased reps on dumbbells, stuff works so far. Scale keeps moving up but that's from the extra carbs. If it's nice enough to do some outdoor sports I'll drop that quick, though I do think I gained a little mass already tbh.

Didn't have time to lift today, busy day. Picked up a quality blood pressure monitor. Sleeps been better lately, but starting to think the insomnia might be caused by too low pressure? I took that reading after working out with food in me.

Diet hasn't been on point, at least from a low-carb view. Easy with the extra carbs to overdo the calories. Been throwing extra protein shakes in as well, adds up.

i just bought this same stack, but at the dosage I'll be doing 330/300/100 for 1/4/epi, I'll only have 4 weeks. Should i buy more to make it an 8 week cycle or just do the 4? Its my first cycle so i dont want to overdo it.

Def 8 weeks, it just starts kicking in weeks 3 or 4. 6 weeks at a bare minimum.
And you mean 1000 for the epi, right?

yeah i meant 1000 lol. i might start at 500 and work up to 750 and maybe 1000 if i feel necessary. Im probably also going to buy another bottle each which should give me 7 weeks worth if my math is right. so right now my plan is

scully55 I think it's a matter of preference. If it was my first PH run, I'd err on the side of caution and try a 4-6 week run. However, as the others mentioned it doesn't really start to kick in till the later weeks (though I'm already seeing results) and a 4-6 week run could be on the short side. From what I know of this stack, ultimately you'd probably feel shortchanged if you didn't run it for at least 8.

And just btw, the big study that everyone sites on 1-Andro was only 4 weeks... Don't think you can go wrong, but probably feel like you missed out.

As for the PCT, I have a different view on that, so we'll see if I dive into the Clomid or not. Gonna take that one as it comes, after bloods.

So, interesting data. Carbohydrates are a hell of a drug. I've gained 10lbs so far! Appetite up, as you can tell. I also benched 315 for 4, haven't done that in a year, even after my last PH run and when I was over 200lbs. Not a fan of the weight gain, but the strength is always welcome. Getting back pumps already, nothing major but it will only get worse from here. Might have noticed a slight decline in libido...

Gonna bump up to 440 this week and toss in the EPI.

You may also want some liver support while in cycle could something cheap and homemade or something fancy like OL Ar1macare.

Also you should have a real AI on hand.

Took some carbs out, shed a little bit of the water weight. Libido does seem affected.

Still feel strong. Tomorrow I bump OL SUP3R-1 to 440mg and begin OL SUP3R-EPI at 250mg. Libido reduced.

Lots of food and rest, will pay for it on the scale. Had some insomnia but I think the carbs/later evening eating are more responsible for it.

Subbed. I liked my andro run. No 1 andro, but 4 and Epi andro. I went 8 weeks with it and loved it. You should absolutely have an AI on hand line exemestane. 4 andro aromatizes.

Thanks sespress. I do have Arimidex on-hand if needed.

1-Andro seems pretty effective so far. Granted I've put a lot of weight on from the carbs/cals, my strength continues to go up. Crushed it in the gym today, will post some stuff later.

Blasted chest today. Got 275 x 5 reps at super slow pace. Somehow the bar kept moving, felt really strong. Was an effort to drive back from the gym after that session, good times. Gonna bump up the EPI end of this week cycle.

Small update. I've been keeping up with the cycle dosage, just haven't been working out or eating much.

I felt a little better today, maybe in time I'll share what happened but there will be some onion peeling in here.

Had to come off everything, thanks for the support. Going to use SUP3R-PCT and rest.

I hate to share this, but my 4-year-old daughter passed away in her sleep right before Christmas. Doctors don't know... I've just been absolutely devastated. I couldn't eat for the first 4 days, now that I can eat again I have no focus for diet or gym. I would have continued, but it was impacting my libido and health a little harder than I needed right now. Feel so lost.:sad2:

When you're ready get back on. Look around for someone to talk to if you need it. It's hard, but you ever got others still depending on you. Take it a day at a time and go easy
