Hello AnabolicMinds Brothers and Sisters!
Starting today i am running a cutting cycle. A cut? In winter? Yes.
Here is what i am running:
My goal is to lose as much fat as possible while retaining as much muscle mass as possible. I wouldn't even be upset if i gained a little muscle. If fat loss is satisfactory i will try in the last week or 2 to ramp cals back up in order to build a little muscle to get me through PCT. But the main focus here is shred.
I've been bulking for ages, over a year. And made some nice gains, but also gained a nice pot belly. It's basically impossible for me to lose fat and not lose a substantial amount of muscle mass, my body hates holding on to muscle. That is why i said on my last cut it will be the last time i cut without anabolic help.
My last cycle was to be honest a bit dissapointing. It was a big SARM stack. And while i have gained well with SARMS in the past as time has gone by they have had less and less of an effect and even though my last cycle was by far the strongest SARM stack i have ever used, it gave me less results than even my first every low dose ostarine cycle. My facourite cycle ever so far was Anavar and 4-AD gained loads on this for my bulk surprisingly, about 10lbs of lean muscle after PCT running only 30mg var! So i decided to revisit this cycle for a cut and with the aid of a few fat burners.
My workout routine is going to be an upper lower split over 3-4 days a week. With 2 cardio sessions a week as well. So 5-6 days a week total workouts. The resistance training will be the routine featured on aworkoutroutine. I quite like that. But my only modification will be lower reps and higher weight, not to the point of it being insane, i would imagine ill be lifting between 5-7 reps. Hopefully this will prevent any strength loss, and maybe even let me gain some. Which again will help get through PCT and hold everything through it.
In the past i have found a good level of fat loss to occur at 1800 calories. So i will be starting there, with anabolic support i'm hoping i can hold this level without suffering muscle loss.

Well it's only just mid-day but ill start here anyway. The Albuterol even at 4mg dose has me buzzing and shaking like an alcoholic. At least i know it's real! Quite amazed actually. And i intend on taking 16mg a day eventually? Think i'll work it up slowly and see how i feel. If i react fairly strongly to it i wont actually need as much anyway. Nothing else to report, i know how i feel on the other supps, only i can't feel them because of the Albuterol.
Off for a cardio sesh today, nothing mad, mostly treadmill i expect. Wonder how far my heart is going to explode
