As the title explains my wife and I are running a log on Invictus. We started running it Monday.

I am hoping for some a bit of fat less and curious how this will help during my PCT. I'm around 2 weeks in on clomid. Additionally I've been running exem as an AI every 2-3 days and growth drops from Vicious Labs which has kept my strength up and actually brought it up in several key lifts.

I'll be posting observations and weight/pics of both of us weekly. My wife was less than thrilled about doing this so please be nice.

Again a couple main things we are looking at.. I'm looking how this could help with a PCT and my wife is trying to shed some 6 month old baby fat that is stubbornly residing in areas she didn't have it before she gave birth to our beautiful baby girl. We both went with a theme in these pictures.

We're running 1ml a day split dosing morning and early afternoon. I'm a bit busy tonight but I already have what I would consider a pretty interesting interaction/observation with this literally day.. I'll hopefully be able to touch on it tonight depends how long uploading these pics takes.

Feel free to ask any questions but I answered quite a few in the main prohormone section at the end of my NutraInnovations log I ran there.. Yes I am a VL rep. Yes I am running a log of Invictus. Yes Zoo did tell me that the closest product we have wouldn't be a great idea PCT but Iron Legion's would be a good idea. He gives it to people straight. Well from the angle from one of his dix picks it could be a little crooked

Will get weights tomorrow. Wife really wants to see some abdomen tightening (she has upped the cardio and abs recently) but she also really has issues with backfat and around the sub scapular area and it didn't exist pre pregnancy. I told my wife she had a monkey's wingspan. She didn't believe me until she saw this... She's 5'6.. I'm 5'9. She has 10 tats. I have zero. #hooligan.

My wife has taken nothing else but protein ::wink wink:: But seriously. Protein post workout and that's about it. And perhaps I'm part of the problem because I have her do my exact routine w/ me.

This is no ****.. The day she went into labor.. We did triceps.. Went into the gym.. Hammered out triceps.. Came home... Sitting around playing xbox.. She goes to the bathroom.. Comes back "i think my water broke".

I'm like "ok let's go to the hospital.".

We get there and they ask us "where do we buzz you up to?" and I say "maternity section" and they push the button and a few seconds later a lady asks "which room are you visiting?" and i say "uhhhh my wife had my water break she's currently in labor".

They started yelling at us about not telling them sooner.. Make her get in a wheelchair and cart her up..

I'm 31. She's 21. Was a stick person before i met her. X track 115 pound girl that ate a meal a day

Alright I want to touch quickly one what I said last night I've noticed.

So usually I do eat every 3-4 hours but we all know life happens.

Last night I wasn't able to eat a meal for 7 hours but I barely left a couch so it wasn't as if I was doing active exercise.

I know when I'm hypo. I use to get there after 90 minutes on the weights and 30-45 cardio... I'd have to drink a juice or eat a quick carb bar.

So moving on yesterday we had lunch a little before.. Didn't get to dinner before around 6ish. And holy hell. I went full hypo. I was shaking and very weak.. And I was surprised by this.. Then I thought of a couple things.

1. I had had an energy drink while being somewhat fasted.

2. A couple people who had bloodwork done showed that cortisol will attack your muscle to pull some blood sugar out of it if you are in the fasting state.

So what am I inferring? Instead of my body normally pulling some nutrients in a semi "fight or flight" mode.. It didn't The cortisol blocker did just that... Stopped it.. And thus my blood sugar didn't actually get a swift kick in the pants... It just dropped and dropped and dropped.. Until hypo hit me in the face. I mean I haven't experienced anything like this in probably 2.5 years before I got with my wife and I was still hitting the gym like that. It took me awhile to piece this together but I'm fairly confident in this claim.

I'm already confident this product works and does it job. But people that are accustomed to pushing the limits low on carbs to keep in mind there is a possibility of going hypo more easily. JMO. Again this is based of one day but I'm fairly certain of it.

Nothing too crazy to report this first week. We both hit cardio 4 days a week.. I can't stand being at the gym any longer than I am with our daughter in daycare so I do mine at home. We have a step that's on 2 risers.. I add about 30 lbs to backpack and do an assortment of steps. I'd like to get another riser for it but it's custom made and I think we would have to contact the manufacturer for that which we might.

I felt a bit hypo again last night but, as mentioned, my meals have not been on point. Will get back on that tomorrow.. I mean we've had some healthy dinner (lean turkey tacos last night with spinach) and the night before I'd just have to show you pictures of the concoction we made (i has the picture) but it included garbanzo beans, chicken, spinach, and onion. I fry my stuff in coconut oil.

Added a little lite teriyaki and soy and.. At the end added about half a cup of beef broth to kind of mix everything in together. Turned out pretty damn well. High in protein and good carbs along with a good amount of fiber from the beans.

We finally got our weights a couple days ago.. I can throw up pictures later but I'm at 203 and she's at 139. We're hitting up legs today.

Thanks fellas. Been a long time lurker but even as a frequent poster on a couple other boards I've always been a tad intimidated by the traffic flow on here =P. Appreciate the warm welcome.

Finally got weighed in midway first week weights for me: 202 Wife: 139.

We'll do another round of pics mid to late next week. Don't expect a night and day difference on anything in a week.. Cept maybe those raspberry ketones.

I'll also throw up a little bit of food porn to confirm we don't eat mcdonalds every day and expect to make lose calories. I mean.. Once a week when you're drunk a cheeseburger isn't going to kill you... One anyways.. But.. You know what i'm saying.
