Hi there guys, im currently on superdrol + epistane stack, the dose is 0/10/10/10/10 sdrol, 20/20/30/30/30 epistane, now im in 3rd week of the cycle and i think catch a cold or something, i wasnt get prepared for this.
Already gain 6.6 lbs so far.
Should i stop the cycle and jump into PCT, lowering the dose, take a few days rest?
Need advice here
Thanks

This happens to me almost every cycle. Dont drop your dose just push through. Dropping your dose or just stopping will kill your gains, not your best option imo. Ph/ds weaken your immune system substantially so this is a pretty common thing. Keep pushing forward!

Alright then, luckily today is my off day, i train 4 times a week, mon tue thu fri
And is it ok if i skip one or two of my training day while keeping up the dose? Hope its going to be better if i take 2-3 days rest

Dropping a few workouts is a lot better than dropping doses. Take a few days off then keep killing it, it will be like you didn't miss a step

Solid advice from Mr Yates right there. Also, avoid to workout if you have a fever. Maybe basic knowledge but very important!
