Took my first Dose yesterday.

What I'm looking to get out of Osta-Elite?
I want to drop 1-2 % of BF and Get Stronger... That's it.

I compete in the 181wt class and that where I'm at now 181.... Last year I always had to drop water weigh and eat light the day before. To make weight. Right now I'm just as strong as I was last year, but 8-9lbs lighter. I want to cont. this and be even stronger and lighter. I have Bench, Deadlift and Total State Record here.. I had squat, but some guy bet it by 50lbs. So I'm on a mission to get it back and then some. I want to make sure it holds up longer this time.

I'm going to run 6 weeks cycle with OTC PCT and Test Boosters...Then start the Osta-Elite again for another 6 weeks. Same PCT and Test booster, Turn this log from a 12 week deal to 18 counting PCT.

First workout while on Osta

GREAT DAY TODAY... Did 2 workouts today.. A Mini Arm workout and then a Nice Brutal Deadlift session. Nailed a Nasty PR.. Today is my Long day (Monday for Work) So I'm up an extra 8hrs. Thats why there is an extra dose of THRUST in there..

I can't decide if I want to run 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks?

Any advise?

Just see where you end up at those points of time. If you feel like you wanna get more out of the cycle at the end of 6 weeks, then do more and extend to 8 weeks and then reevaluate again at the end of 8 weeks.
Personally I feel like you can run Osta for at least 8 weeks

Squat Night.... Went pretty good. Need to work on Flexibility so I can hit depth better. About 1/2 seem to be a tad high.

Strength seems to be back on par. So I except to see some PR's soon in Squats.

Used the Parallel Breakers tonight. For a wrap that's under $30, the impressed me. I need to break them in a little. This was my first wrap with them and after my set. I couldn't get them off fast enough. Each rep they just kept cranking down more.

I use Shoulder day to focus on a couple of things I would like to bring up as well. Ran out of time and didn't get AB's in, but I'll do AB's the next two days along with a bit of light Cardio and Mobility work for my lower back and Hips.

Run the 8 weeks and then see how you feel bro. Probly gonna feel some suppression at the 8 week mark tho.

I will be competing in my first USAPL meet in Orlando, FL with some members of American Barbell Club (sound familiar!?) and my wife will be competing too. And it looks like I'll be in the 181 lb class. I'm pretty nervous because I want to place well, but the people I train with are putting up some impressive numbers...like over 1400s in the 181 lb class...not sure if raw, looked too high. Right now I'm just around a 1200 total raw. Which I guess is pretty good since I'm 6 ft and others are usually 5'8".

Anyways, I'm excited to see how the Osta works for ya

6th Day of Osta-Elite... Nothing to report.. Increase Calories and maint. weight all week. Couple of rough nights of sleep.

Last nights Deadlift workout...Starting to get back to where I was. 2 more reps on the 430 would have been a PR.. Here in 3 weeks I'll smash it..

Tonight was my Heavy Deadlift night. My 1+ week. Went pretty good. I raised my 1RM setting to 500lbs. Since I was smashed my D3+ and D5+ weeks with crazy high Reps. (15/16 Reps) Going to Keep my Deadlifts set at 500 for next round and aim to get 5 or more with 430lbs. If the first 430 flys off the floor. I might shoot for some heavy singles.

Ever have one of those nights where you just hurt yourself all night? I stubbed my left toe, Dropped a 45lb on my right toe, banged my elbow on a rack, hit my need on the end of a BB and pinched the tip of my finger sliding the plates on...lol

This is my Long Day. Been up since 8am and will have to stay up till 8am..yes 24hrs...

Day 13: Make that 2 Pimples... Not to bad thou... Might be feeling it a little now. Feeling a bit more Fuller all day. No sign of Shut down yet. Last 2 days have been my Recovery Days.

Day 18 Update: Everything is still going very well. Nothing like WOW I gained 10lbs.. But I have been nailing PR's and feeling great. I have felt slight start of shut down. Nothing major by no means. So I added an AI/Natural Test Booster in form of a Patch from AgeForce. Which has 7-hydroxyflavone 15mg and Arimistane 25mg, plus the normal Natty stuff you see in everything.

Great Deadlift night... Odd night, started off feeling stronger in Sumo, but when it came to my last 3+ set. Conv. felt better.

Today was my Long day. So I woke up early and walked 3.5 miles with the wife. Took a dose of BCAA's and a Fat Burner. Reduced my Calories today because I went a little over board this weekend eating sweet.

Seems to be working either way... Weight was 182lbs, but it was a different scale then I normally use..

Well Nailed a Squat PR today.. 22 Days in @ 25mg ED.

315x19.. 1RM is 514lbs.... So pissed at myself not going for 1 More rep for an Even 20.

Update: Good things are happening...


Tonight was Heavy Deads. Was suppose to do 1+ with 435lbs, but went ahead and pulled my Meet PR. Tried 505 for a life time PR, but didn't get it. I'll get over 500 any week now thou. I know it. Also tried for the first time some Ammonia Caps. I should have backed off and pulled a few more singles or Doubles around the 450 range after my Failed 505.

Not much Warming up tonight..

Learning Powerlifting in my 20's would have made a HUGE difference in my numbers I think.

Bench 5+

I raised my 5+ set 10lbs. Was set at 215. Went ahead and bumped it to 225. Felt pretty good tonight. Despite some distractions.. Long story.. I did manage to hit a PR with 225. My last meet was in 2013. Before my meet I hit 235x11 and after I hit a 240x10 in Bench. I hit 225x13 back on 8/23/2015.. Tonight I hit 225x15. So I'm seeing improvements. Using the 531 1RM the 225x15 is a PR.

I'm going to changing my lifting up some. Going to start doing more Triples and Doubles on my BIG 3 lifts. I need to get used to more of the heavy weights again. Do a little overload work as well.
