Quad Shots

Going to start self medicating soon and was thinking about quad shots...not espresso lol. Saw some "how to" videos and quads seem easier to inject that upper outer butt cheek but I plan to do quads & upper outter cheek...anybody else do quad shots? Please enlighten me with your experience

I think most people do quads. They're prob the easiest place to shoot. Good bit of veins and such in there tho so expect to hit on now and then. Wouldn't pin on carpet ha.

Vastus lateralis is always easiest for me. If you divide the length of the thigh into 3rds, the middle third is the sweet spot for me.
