Sorry for the delay on this, Liquid Labs. Got sick about two weeks ago and wanted to finish strong on my other log before adding in another variable. Going to be running 5/3/1 with accessory work that I found on Jim Wendler's site. Going to be in the gym 4 times a week, and have 4 cardio session of 2 mile walks. For this log I want to cut up a bit so I will be eating below my TDEE, roughly 500-1000 calorie deficient every day, looking to cut 2lbs a week. Protein will stay consistently high, with moderate fats and carbs will be manipulated between moderate and low.

Stats;
5'9
171lbs

Bench: 300lbs
Squat:500lbs
Deadlift:400lbs
Military Press: 180lbs

TRN Dosing;
2ml, 3 times a day (6ml daily)
Going to dose with breakfast, lunch, and dinner

First day with trn, it is mint flavored so that taste pretty good. The only thing I noticed is that it is thicker than most liquid prohormones I have taken in the past. It isn't bad like milk but it is a bit thicker than water. Been having some crazy DOMS in my calves from leg day on Sunday, defiantly put some work in on them. My right arm is still giving me issues on the lat pulldown machine so didn't go as heavy as usual.

Got a bit short changed today. Forgot I said I'd take my parents dogs to get shots so I got a call mid gym saying that and I guess it is only once a month so had to leave. It pissed me off like no other to have to leave the gym mid workout but I will just do the rest tomorrow. Especially seeing as it is a deload week for my main lifts so I can use more on other exercise so I hit a pr on the leg press machine.

Well today kind of mixed it up because of the 10,000 rep challenge. Did my planned stuff and added on some squats. My abs are sore like no other and my legs will probably be shot for the rest of the week. My arm is still healing and I can't go heavy on lat pull downs.

It varies on how I feel. Mainly around 1500-2000cals, with occasional cheat meal.

I have fully updated this, but I checked my weight yesterday and it was at 167lbs.

Taking anything to suppress appetite or just mind power?
Mind power I guess ha. Well I take 1 cap of ultra shred before my workout as a preworkout, but beyond that no. I'm just really busy with school and life so food doesn't cross my mind really.

Right on. will be following. I am also cutting on Ostar1ne. Started as a recomp but has turned into a cut as I feel that is what Osta is best for.

Awesome glad to have you. :) yeah I ran some osta in pct on my last cycle and it did seem to get me leaner but still hold the muscle. If I'd compare osta to trn I'd say both pretty similar except trn has me a LOT dryer. I will go over and check out your log too.

Wasn't supposed to be in the gym today, but seeing as there is that squat challenge going down, I of course needed to bring out the volume. Squating high volume two days in a row is not recommended by me lol. My ankle is trash right now and my knee as well as I had to lean more weight to my left to put less on my right ankle. I failed my goal in a way, but still got to 1000reps, so I will count that for something. Gonna carb up today to compensate for all the work I have been putting in.

Just realized got 1 more week till vacation, so trying to decide what I will do this week. I want to keep the same format, but I don't think I'm gonna start a new cycle of 5/3/1 yet.

Just checked out Zercher Squats. Never heard of them before. Looks like an easier bar position than regular front squats. Will be trying those today.

You would think that. Most of the weight is between your bicep and forearm (elbow), so I was carefully how I loaded this. Also pull the bar close to your body as you squat is how I found it took less pressure off my arms.

Leg day was a killer. Lasted 2hrs+ so I was smart to bring an intra drink. Even though I can't feel my legs anymore I felt pretty good in the gym and now. Mentally I was more aggressive than usual, as I keep to myself mainly in the gym and focus on what I'm doing, but today I was just sizing up everyone's legs. Almost hoping someone would come over and challenge me with their small legs lol. But, I digress. Also hit a PR in leg pressing.

Very much so! I even went on a bike ride after. Lol. I don't like to say I'm genetically gifted but there is no way this is only trn doing this, I even got stronger during my last pct and on so.

I did wake up in cold sweat an hour after going to bed. Felt like I was going to get sick so I took some vitamin c, melatonin, and tums. Was knocked out cold for the rest of the night.

Went ahead and did some of my mild cardio today, 2 mile walk. Legs were surprisingly fine today, but skipped out on squats to allow my legs to fully heal. Will pump out some more squats on Friday for sure before vacation.

I hear ya man... Same here. I'm 1 month out till vacation.

Down to 1800 this week.

Down 100 calories each week till we go.

All extra cardio is a plus.

I started 8 weeks out and I should of started 14 or so. Oh well, I know how to do it better next time.

Lol was doing my rows when I suddenly hear some screaming.. Two guys were leg pressing 540lbs like an inch or two and had the need to inform everyone they were doing this, plus they recorded it for all their friends to see haha.
