What's up everyone! It's almost that time again, I have luckily been chosen to receive a free bottle of Olympus Lab's DermaTrest to log for you all! They're plan obviously worked because as a result I couldn't help but purchase more of their phenomenal products for my upcoming run.. and it's going to be a big one!! I have finally set my run in stone and we're going to get STRONG AF! The products that I have on hand are two and a half bottles of DermaTrest, two bottles of TR3N, one bottle of D1METHADROL, and about half a container of oral TR3ST. I'm going to run a low cruise dose of DermaTrest for four weeks of somewhere between 25mgs-50mgs while on a caloric deficit to see how that makes me feel while trying to get to the lowest bf% possible. After that I will keep the dosage of DermaTrest at 50mgs and start taking a 25mg capsule of TR3ST pwo, as well as adding in TR3N for 6 weeks with a goal of adding LEAN Body Mass and gaining as much strength as possible. Once i drop the TR3N I will up the dosage of DermaTrest to 100mgs and go for a four week run of D1METHADROL. I will refer to these as phases that I will further break down into detail below.

So two 19nors won't be an issue? Obviously extra attention to an ai and prolactin specifically but do you expect the tren to be as effective while already using something so similar?

Just dumped the DermaTrest into a tupperware container so I can easily use a mL Dropper to measure out the dosing! I will be starting real soon!

Tonight or tomorrow morning I will be posting my goals, stats, measurements, and workout plans!

Alright everyone! It's the time we've been waiting for, I will be taking my first (small) dose of DermaTrest tomorrow morning! I will be dosing at 25mgs for a few days and increase the dosage slowly as I am very cautious about this stuff in the beginning haha.

Stats
Age: 23
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 193lbs
Bodyfat: Around 15%

Goals
So I have been recently into the whole powerlifting game and plan on competing (eventually, I'm very weak right now). My goal is to shoot up in strength while gaining nothing but the leanest of weight haha. I'm currently on a 6 week program that my coach designed for me and I have two weeks left, then I'm going out of town for two weeks for work (which is going to be an AMAZING deload considering i haven't taken time away in freaking years). Upon returning I will start my 6 weeks of TR3N and start the next 10 weeks of powerlifting programming.

Split and Lifts
So the split I'm on right now is as follows:
Sunday - Squat
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Front Squat
Wednesday - Deadlift
Thursday - Bench
Friday and Saturday - OFF (Sometimes I go in and do some cardio or arms)

It seems a big odd but it is working VERY WELL for ME! It's a strange program but I enjoy it and I'm getting results. Every Sunday, Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday I hit one or two back movements for a total of 3-5 sets.

Now for my lifts, don't make fun of me too much.. I have NEVER been too into strength and now I horrible regret it trying to make up for lost time.
SQUAT: 265 (I literally didn't start squatting until a couple of months ago, I always bitched about back pain and claimed that I couldn't squat.. of course my form was just awful but is 100% now.. so I'm expecting huge squat gains.)
BENCH: 285 (Paused Rep)
DEADLIFT: 375 (This is a sumo max, but I plan on switching back to conventional)


Here's the fun part, I will be posting videos around 3-4 times a week of my workouts! This will be new for me but I'm totally stoked and always welcome feedback and critique on my form!

DermaTrest - 25mgs (.5mL)

Just applied my first dose of DermaTrest! The consistency of the product is phenomenal, not too runny but not too thick. It literally rubbed in almost instantly, it was kind of like hand sanitizer. I will be running 25mgs for the next couple of day and I would split it up.. but it's almost too little of an amount to split up, but we'll see. I may increase to 50 sooner than I planned because now that I visibly see how much 25mgs is I feel like I won't see ANY effects from this amount.

What do you guys think?

So you're just dosing once daily with Derma ATM?

Interested to find out if once daily app is enough as well.

Eh I was going to but I just knew it wasn't going to be enough, I'm still dosing pretty low but I'm breaking up the dosages into 10mgs at a time throughout the day.
I will continue to play around with the dosing until I add in TR3N in four weeks

Yo everyone! I know my log isn't too exciting :| but I just wanted to post some weight specific goals!

Current max squat: 265lbs

If I hit those number, even a few pounds less, I will finally be a part of the 1000lbs club! Which would be dope!

I may be closer than I think! All of those numbers were tested May 4th and next week is my 1RM week on my 6 week program so we will see :)

Thanks man! I haven't noticed any drying out at all.. but if it is I can't tell haha. I totally recommend it though, way easier to measure out. I just keep it in a drawer next to my bed.
