Figured I'd start logging even though I'm starting week 3 today (first day of bridge)

The training I'm doing during the cycle is specifically tailored for gaining strength endurance. No real desire to get big. I'm training, also, to be a SEAL when I graduate college (I'm graduating this semester). If you guys have any suggestions, please feel free to shoot them my way.

Today I'm starting my bridge with 12 UD and 30 Havoc

how did you dose week 1-2 and what are your plans for the remainder?
First two weeks were UD @ 8 and 12 respectively.
Right now the plan is to dose, for the 4 remaining weeks:
UD: 8/12/12/16/0/0/
Hav:0/0/30/30/40/40

I'm still debating if I should up the Havoc to 40 next week and then up the last 2 weeks to 50. I'm not entirely sure. Any ideas? I've ran havoc up to 60 before with no bad sides. But, then again, I didn't stack it with anything.

GYM

-Bench
2x12@135lbs
2x8@155

-Db BP/Skull Crushers
3x8@110/60

-Incline BP
2x8@95 w/ 60 sec rest

-Row
2x15@135
1x5@155

-Pulldown/Db Curls
3x8/6@140/35

Today was mainly based around lack of rest time. With the lighter weights I rested no more than 90 seconds. On the heavier lifts I tried no more than 2 minutes. On one or two sets the pumps were so hard I had to wait an extra 30 seconds lol. The last set for inclines was a tiny struggle.

All in all it was a pretty decent workout.

I ran a 6 week cycle of havoc solo and loved it. I personally liked it in the 40-50 range. I went up to 60 for the last few days and had some mild sides. IMO as long as everything is going well I would bump up to 40 next week like you were saying and see from there.

This bridge has me intrigued and depending on it how goes for you, I'm thinking of doing something similar. Good luck and Kill It!

Some poop this past week has been. Had to work on a film assignment over the weekend, hurt my shoulder a bit in the gym, then campus closed along with the gym yesterday. Been 4 days since I've lifted or swam.

But, with that said, I've upped my dosages, UD 16 and Havoc 40, and have done some calisthenics workouts when I could.

Today was chest and back

Tuesday 2/11/14

Gym

BP/Pushups
2x12/12
2x8/12

Incline BP/incline Skull crushers
3x8/12

Cable row/Curls/Shrugs
3x8/6/20

Pulldown/Pushups
3x8/20

Good lord, the pumps are massive, especially in the beginning. I couldn't complete some pushups. But, oddly enough, when I was doing the 20 pushups at the end, it was effortless. Anybody know why that is? Skin was burning at the end, too. lol

Am also debating extending the cycle by one week seeing as how last week was a monumental failure with working out. Good idea? I think I would add another week to the bridge. I have enough UD to make it if I go 12 this week and next.
