I'm 25 years old with 3 years training experience. After months of research I have decided that I am now ready for my first cycle. I have decided to go for a testosterone and dianabol cycle that goes as follows:
Week 1-12 500 Test E (1 shot a week)
Week 1-4 30 Dbol ED
My goal for this cycle is to increase in size, with any gains in strength welcome. I will be training 4-5 times a week, eating between 3500-4000 cals a day, (275/275/140 for 3500). I have a few questions regarding my cycle.
I was planning on pinning the test with one shot a week, rotating glutes between each week. Is there any problem with this?
Should I be taking any AI to combat gyno or should I have some on hand just in case?
Any thoughts on HCG also?
Does anyone have any recommendations for PCT? I am able to find out a lot of information on PCT, but little in the way of deciding my own PCT. My gear source is a legitimate online source, rather than a friend, which is why I am unsure of exactly how to structure my PCT. It doesn't seem wise to ask this advice off the individual who will be making money off my purchases. I am in no rush to start my cycle as I would like to make sure I am doing it as safely as possible, in order to minimise the risk to my health. This is why I have decided to start a thread, in the hope that some users will be able to help me from making costly mistakes that will detriment both my health and gains.
