I was posting this log in the wrong section, so im gonna catch everyone up to speed.

Third run on epi. this time im stacking with stano (600/600/800/800/1000/1000), peaking on the epi @50mg. first time i ran it 6 weeks up to 45 mg, and i went from 187-202, holding steady at 198 lb. after pct. ran it at 30mg for 5 weeks for ****s and giggles to polish off a leftover bottle from the first run. i went from 198-201, but you could see the transformation. today i weighed 200, so we will see 45 days after tomorrow. fish oils, cissus, multi, and life support. nolva and daa for pct, and letro on hand always. 5 days in feeling good. Stano @ 600 and epi @ 40. Weight is up to 205, but that couldve been from the holiday weekend. Squatted sunday 415x5 and benched tonight 300x5. My goal for squatting is to get back to 540x5 . My bench will stay in the 300-320 range as im recovering from a shoulder injury from last april. feels fine, but i dont wanna push it. i may start posting vids of the squats once my legs get under me a little better, as i feel like a vag with where im at right now and where i know i was before i screwed my shoulder up. Hopefully ill be on a set of 500x5 in a few weeks.

Today I did some back and biceps. Weighed in at 206. Ive never been this heavy in my life. Normally its hard for me to stay at 200. Now im steady over it. i dont know if its me being a fat-ass or what cause im 8 days in. Dosing 800 stano 40 epi.

i already have male pattern baldness and i shave my head, so im not worried about that. Chest/Triceps today. started feeling invincible today, but kept the weights comfortable as my shoulders were achy yesterday and during benching, but they loosened up after my last set of 10. starting to feel like the mother-****in alpha male. Weight 207. Arms 17-5/8". Playlist today hatebreed-divinity of purpose and soulfly-enslaved. looking for some new music, the harder the better.

Feeling very well. wanted to go 455x5, but there's always next week. for some reason in my final set i was leaning/twisting/sliding to my right. i dont know why, i was lined up correctly on the bar, but it may be subconsciously as i pinch my sciatic nerve in my lower left back quite often.

Just like every epi cycle, now i feel sick after i lift and have to force myself to eat. weight down to 204, but i did punish the bathroom before tonights session. Had to get a quick lift in, as im about to leave for my daughter's christmas program. was gonna squat light or deadlift tonight, but my back was very tender and sore throughout the day at work.

Leg-press (plate weight, dont know how much the sled weighs, but it runs with ball bearings so does it really matter...):

Went with my buddy whos in the army to the base about 5 minutes away. I work out at home, mostly by myself, so going to another gym is always nice for a change of scenery. Chest/triceps day. They had two scales on one i weighed 208 and on the other i weighed 209. I felt great in the gym after getting 11 hours of sleep.....

I felt extremely tired this morning, but i didnt sleep well. woke up at 1:15, 4:30, 6:30, 8:00, and rolled out at 9:50. i always squat sundays at 10:30, so i took my time today because i like to wait for my body to wake/warm up on its own. but once i started squatting......like a f*****g animal! just a squat routine today, as i was done after my work set and back-off. Weight 207.
