Hey Guys I tend to be more of a lerker here on the site, but I had this just sitting on the computer, and I don't see a lot of straight SD cycles. So, I figured I would post. I like to give back to the community as you guys have helped me through many cycles.

Superdrol Cycle (10 Weeks)

Pre-Cycle: 1-2 weeks before cycle
Cycle Assist: Follow Direction on the back (4 pills 2x’s daily)
Red Yeast Rice: 500mgs 2x’s per day
Joint Soother: Double Strength 2x’s per day
Fish Oil: 6 grams per day

On-Cycle
Superdrol (LG's SD-10): 20/30/30/30 (milligrams per day per week)
Cycle Assist: Follow Direction on the back (4 pills 2x’s daily)
Red Yeast Rice: 600mgs 2x’s per day
Joint Soother: Double Strength 2x’s per day
Fish Oil: 6 grams per day

Post-Cycle Therapy
Clomid: Days 1-3 - 200mgs
Days 4-7 – 100 mgs
Week 2-4 – 50mgs per day
CEL Post Cycle Assist: Follow Direction on the Back
CEL Cycle Assist: Follow Direction on the back (4 pills 2x’s daily)
Red Yeast Rice: 500mgs 2x’s per day
Joint Soother: Double Strength 2x’s per day
Fish Oil: 6 grams per day
Favorite Natty Test Booster (I use steroidal complex by healthy and fit)

NOTE: Superdrol only has a half-life of 8 hours so on the 10mgs per day take 3 hours before workout. On days with 20mgs per day take one pill in the morning and the next pill 8 hours later.

My Feels
I didn't get any blood work, but here is what effects I had. Sex drive went to hell during cycle, but rebounded quickly on PCT, also had some BP issues, but nothing severe. No gyno issues, no atrophy, test rebounded quickly on the PCT, no skin issues, no back pumps, etc...... Happy with the cycle and didn't really have any horrible issues with side effects.

Diet

Not going to go in to a ton of detail here, but my caloric intake was around 2900 calories per day at a 15/40/35 ratio of F/C/P, with the standard lean proteins and quality carbs and fats, AND LOTS OF WATER!!

Monday:
Chest: 9x4-5
Triceps: 4x4-5

Tuesday:
Back: 12x4-5
Biceps: 4x4-5

Wednesday:
Cardio, Core, Stretching, and Some Body Weight Exercises

Thursday:
Chest: 9x4-5
Shoulder: 6x4-5

Friday:
Quads: 9x4-5
Glutes: 6x4-5
Calves: 4x10-15

Saturday:
Cardio, Core, Stretching, and Some Body Weight Exercises

Sunday:
Off

Starting Numbers
Age 26
Weight: 180 pounds
Body Fat: 15% (Based on 6 Point Caliper Test)
Bench Press: 330
Deadlift: 405
Squat: 365
Military: 205

End of Cycle Numbers
Weight: 192 pounds
Body Fat: 13% (Based on 6 Point Caliper Test)
Bench Press: 375
Deadlift: 435
Squat: 405
Military: 225

Post PCT Numbers
Weight: 189 pounds
Body Fat: 13% (Based on 6 Point Caliper Test)
Bench Press: 370
Deadlift: 435
Squat: 395
Military: 225

What was your overall goal with this cycle? Recomp?


Overall great cycle layout IMO

Only reason why I was asking was due to the low amount of calories. Especially if your relatively lean, I would have maxed out on calories with the SD.

Yeah size have never been my real goal.....If you look at my Epi log I did last year, I did a maintenance intake there as well. However, I tend to swing on the low end for my caloric intake anyways. Normally, I would just take in 2400-2500 daily and I upped it to 2900 for the cycle.
