low rest cycle

I am 28 years old and been train a few years and been making decent gains well few weeks ago I noticed a lil gyno on left side so I went got my test checked and it checked low. 211. So my doc said he dont wanna treat me bc im to young. So my question is do yall vets think il benifit from a low does of test e or cyp eod. My bf 26% 6 ft tall.
