My first cycle. Traing advice during cycle

I am running 8 weeks of deca and test e at 400 mgs per week each, any advice is appreciated. I hope someone can give me some solid advice on how to adjust my training during my cycle, i.e. frequency, low rep heavy work or high volume training. Thanks

whats your main goal, size or strength?

whats you diet look like now vs how will it change on cycle?

are you doing this as a bulk or a recomp? (the answer to this is mostly dependent on your answer to the above question)
