Hello everyone! Been away from this forum for a while. making an appearance again with this log.

Going to keep a log here of my cycle. Test e at 500 mg 12 weeks, letro at 1.75 mg/day (I am very estrogen sensitive don't say that this is too much, I've gotten blood work, it is just right), SD 20/20/20 first 3 weeks. Using red yeast rice, coQ10, liver care, losartan, fish oil.

I MIGHT bridge the SD into epistane but that depends how I feel the third week of the SD cycle. Stay tuned for that.

Don't ask about PCT I got it covered: torem with a bunch of other goodies.

Diet: A lot of food.. starting it out at 5000 calories per day and taking it from there. Tracking cals with myfitness pal.

Stats:
6 ft 2
225 lbs (AM naked weight ;) )

Max lifts:
BB bench 295 x 5
Squats: 385 x 5
Deadlifts: 365 x 6 (just started doing deadlifts again these should go up fast)


Did a back workout yesterday and stated the cycle: (all weight in lbs)

BB rows:
245 x 10, 10 , 10

Pullups
BW + 50 lbs x 9, 9, 9

Cable rows
260 x 10, 10, 10

Narrow grip pulldowns
200 x 10, 10, 10

Lat cable pushdowns
140 x 12, 12, 12

DB side raises
30s x 12, 25s x 15, 30s x 12

Today is a rest day.

I could really use input on my workouts. I try to keep them simple and to the point but I am always open for criticism so chime in please.

What are your macros?


It's so hard to eat 5,000 cals a day. I try but dayum.
