Hey guys this is my first PH log and i'm pretty excited cause I have been prepping for this cycle for like 3 months. Lets get right into i, I'm gonna be doing an 8 week cycle of Epi & Stano here's the set up.


Cycle
Epi: 40/40/40/40/50/50/50/50
Stano: 800/800/800/800/1000/1000/1000/1000

Pct
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
DAA: 3/3/3/3
Erase: 75/75/75/75

support sups

NAC
Hawthorn berry (just gonna have it on hand just in case)

Then I take a multi, ALCAR, and a few other supps.

Training routine

Monday: Back/traps/abs
Tuesday: Chest/Bi's
Wednesday: Quads/Abs
Thursday: Shoulders/triceps
Friday: Hams/Calves
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

I'm currently hovering at about 260-265 at about 20-25% body fat, not really sure about body fat. All I know is I'm pretty chubby lol, But I can run a mile with ease. So i'm athleticly fat.

Current macro's 3200 cal's/ 200-220g Pro/ 300g carb/ 100-110g fat

Have to go to work now so I will post pic's tomorrow, the cycle isn't going to officially start till next week. Starting it early to get some talking points going.

The only thing I'm worried about with this cycle is joint pain. I have a tub of bulk cissus on hand so I might start preloading this week just in case.

Yeah, always a good idea. And 4-5g of fish oil/day also! Pre load because you want to prevent, not treat. Great call

Also, do you drink pwo drinks? They will jack your blood pressure way high. Be careful and don't be stingy on the Hawthorne.

When I ran epistane I wanted stano but couldn't find it. I believe its a dht derivative, and I love dht! Makes me a porn star

No I don't do any pre workouts, never really bought into the hype. I drink a cup and a half coffee ever morning and that's good enough for me.

Didn't get a chance to post up picks, had a busy morning. Switched it up this week and did back today and chest yesterday cause I still have a bit of doms from last weeks quad routine. Skipped deads this week because of the doms to, I won't be doing widow makers for a while.

Busy day today, finally was able to get online. Did legs today and did power lifting style on squats (reps of 3) just for fun. Ended up getting 350 for one which I haven't hit in a while so I was happy about that.

Finally took pictures today, and have to say I look a little worse then I thought. But that's not a bad thing I'm setting a goal for myself to drop down to about 220-210, and this cycle should be a great kick start to that goal. So I'm gonna start some carb cycling and start running again and hopefully by October-November I should reach my goal.

Had the day off yesterday and didn't make it to the gym till later. Did shoulders and tris, shoulders were a little week because I'm lowering my carbs, but it's going a lot better then the last time i tried cutting carbs.

Today I'm doing hams, I like splitting quads and hams up. I feel like it allows me to work each at a more intense level.

Ordered the rest of my support sups yesterday, so they should be in Monday or Tuesday. I'm gonna start my cycle Sunday. My goal is going to be to lose around 20 lbs over the next 8 weeks. I'm debating on wether to start doing some cardio or just stick with calorie restriction, and weight training. I'll probably add in some cardio 3 days a week starting week two.

Go for it if you enjoy it enough. For me, if I lift heavy enough, I breathe harder than traditional cardio. Or some prowler push/pulls occasionally. I used to do lots of cardio and all I found it to do was make me more hungry. But I'm probably not the best for advice on this because I'm no 6pack cover model...lol

See that's how I am to, I go traditional and take max 45 sec breaks. So I'm always drenched and heaving by the end of every routine. I see most guys taking like 5 min breaks between sets. I actually enjoy running though so we'll see.

Just got done doing hams.

Seated leg curls 12x120, 10x125, 8x130
Weighted bridges 12x135, 10x145, 11x155
Good mornings 12x180, 10x185, 8x190

First time doing weighted bridges so it took me a second to figure out how to set up. But wow! Those things are killer they hit your hams and glutes better then any other movement I've ever tried. Defiantly going to make weighted bridges a standard ham exercise.

What brand epi and dose size? Im assuming 10mg per pill.

Im also assuming its taking two bottles of epi for this cycle?

Yeah I know stims do just wonder how substantial, I'm not a stim junky so not really worried about it. For me a lot if coffee means like 3 cups a day.

I'm using lgi for both and no it's 3 bottle of each. So it's a pretty pricy cycle but all the better to keep me on track

Lol 3 cups a day? That's what I drink before I get to work :p you'll be fine. Just make sure to listen to your body as usual and if you think the coffee is having a adverse effect then limit your drinking. Or if your super concerned then you can just stop for the duration of the cycle

I don't really drink any caffeine at all except for a pre workout drink. That's how I justify it

Last night was my cheat, and it wasn't pretty. Went out to the bar with some friends (since its the last oppratunity to have a nip for the next two months) had 4 beers and a shot and it knocked me out lol. Because I hadn't eaten in like 6 hours, so then they suggested MCmeth the most horrible fast food place ever and I haven't eaten there in like 2 years. So I threw down ate a Big Mac, quarter pounder and two doubles. I'm doing a quick 8-10 hour fast to flush my body today.

Haha nice! I hope you had fun at least, last time I went out drinking without food it was crazy too lol.

I can't do McDonald's, makes me feel dirty, like gross
O man I'm the same way I feel like crap right now, like I said I haven't had it in forever. Unfortunately I was pretty out of it and just needed to get something in my stomach.

ill be starting Epi/Stano/Tren soon, but going for a lean bulk cause i just finished competition prep
hopefully i can keep the fat off and gain some lean mass

will be checking in on your log to see how your results are and if you have any side effects, how you deal with them so i can follow suit!

Felt good today, unfortunately summers here so the high schoolers are starting to come to the gym. But I just blocked them out and proceeded with my routine. Did back today, I have been tweeting my routine lately and am starting to do my big 3's powerlifting style to try and add some weight onto my lifts. We will see how we'll that goes with dieting. I don't use straps, belts, or wraps for lifting. Number one I'm not lifting enough to need them and two I feel as they hinder more then help.

Just for small talk, what are your guys views on wrist curls? I have always done them, but now since I don't use wraps ever not sure if there really needed.

I have a different wrist exercise I do


No but really pull ups dead lifts and rows all strengthen grip

Another crazy day, I'm in the process of getting a new job right now so free time is really limited. Still doing good on the diet, had a huge sweets craving last night luckily I had some calorie free choco pudding to curb it. Did quads today hit 345x2 so slowly creeping up there, my goal will be to hit 375 by the end of my cycle.

Starting to feel a little fuller, but that could be from doing chest yesterday. Energy is great to, either I finally figured out how to low carb right, or the cycle is kicking in.
