Hey guys this is my first PH log and i'm pretty excited cause I have been prepping for this cycle for like 3 months. Lets get right into i, I'm gonna be doing an 8 week cycle of Epi & Stano here's the set up.
Cycle
Epi: 40/40/40/40/50/50/50/50
Stano: 800/800/800/800/1000/1000/1000/1000
Pct
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
DAA: 3/3/3/3
Erase: 75/75/75/75

Hawthorn berry (just gonna have it on hand just in case)
Then I take a multi, ALCAR, and a few other supps.
Training routine
Monday: Back/traps/abs
Tuesday: Chest/Bi's
Wednesday: Quads/Abs
Thursday: Shoulders/triceps
Friday: Hams/Calves
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
I'm currently hovering at about 260-265 at about 20-25% body fat, not really sure about body fat. All I know is I'm pretty chubby lol, But I can run a mile with ease. So i'm athleticly fat.
Current macro's 3200 cal's/ 200-220g Pro/ 300g carb/ 100-110g fat
Have to go to work now so I will post pic's tomorrow, the cycle isn't going to officially start till next week. Starting it early to get some talking points going.
