Anyone know how well 2weeks clen/trimax followed by 2 weeks ecy will work with CKD? I've lost alot of weight off of ckd/atkins in the past, but after these holidays, I've gained it all back. At my job, my work constantly brings in free *unhealthy* food and i swear they get offended if i choose to not eat it. With CKD, i can pull it off alot better. I plan on using m4ohn or mdht with this to keep as much muscle as possible. Anyone have any experience with ckd and clen/trimax or know how well it will work?
