Cycle details:

Test e/test p/npp/mast

500/400/400/300

This is just a starting base and will be adjusted as I progress. I don't want to overdue anything and I will be on a lean bulk, I'm confident I won't need outrageous amounts to give the results I'm looking for. Test P will only be for 10 injects and intended as a kicker. No oral kicker as of yet. I'm really trying to go this whole run without one as now that I'm pinning I don't really want to throw something more toxic into the mix. If I can't get a good enough kick from p/npp then I should just give it all up. :) I may however cap this cycle with something if I'm feeling frisky.

Supports

Low dose exem/nolva
Low dose letro if needed
1 cap erase daily (incredible results from this last cycle)
hawthorne berry
fish oil
milk thisle
taurine
vitamin C
Agmatine
Alphamine or enhanced used pwo

The exem/nolva will be ran regardless of symptoms as last cycle I had pretty brutal gyno symptoms and still put on 20+ lbs with both these in action. Letro will be added if I start to get any symptoms.

PCT:

Epro/ABE/Daa/Nolva/HGH pro

PCT will probably have a few more goodies but we have a while before I will need to decide the final.

Routine:

Still undecided I will be researching more tonight on this and will make a final decision by Friday. Open to any ideas but as of now I'm leaning towards mountain dog.

Diet:

I will be running a low carb diet with carb up days when needed. I've had incredible success in the past with this style in shredding up. Protein will be around 250-300 daily, carbs will be around 150 daily with 300-400 on carb ups.

Alright my brothers the time has come for another LTL cycle log. This log may be a bit different then my last as I won't be concentrating as much on logging routines so much as progress and general cycle information. I get caught up in routine detail and frankly with the summer here and job responsibilities I probably will not have the time.

I will be updating this original post with any additions or other information later just wanted to get this log going before work tonight.

Day 3

weight 176.7 (+2.2)

Pinned that sweet cocktail right after work and hit the gym like a mad man. Hit biceps and abs and capped with some cardio. I was shocked with how well I did today. Only working out twice in Jamaica and drinking like a mad man didn't seem to phase me today. Weight was up a few pounds but I imagine it's because of how depleted I was from the alcohol. I have noticed insane dreams the last few days. That is not usual for me at all. One night I had 3 dreams all were quite intense and i remember nearly everything about them, It's early but it's definitely something I can note.

Diet was on point finishing the day with about 250 protein and 170 carbs. Didn't want to drop too rapidly to quick but definitely way cleaner today.

I was thinking more along the lines one is bent to the left sharply. Granted the other is so short it doesn't quite hang over the balls.

Woke up with a bit of a headache today. Will be lowering any stim intake and upped my Hawthorne berry. Dreams continued today and I had a hard time staying asleep. I would say the trouble sleeping is more from adjusting back to third shift. I'm going to pick up some melatonin today after work as it always helps with the day sleeping.

Overall feeling alright since the headache died down. Very slight PIP, hardly even noticeable.

Day 5

Weight 175.5 +1

Feeling pretty damn good after a shoulder/cardio/AB day. Woke up with a slight headache but it has faded now. Picked up the CQ and will start momentarily. Strength was not up but at least its not down from pre-vaca. I did have some back/calf pumps today. This is really odd because I very rarely have back pumps and never calf.

Was going to pin in AM but have some time right now so will probably do it early.

3ml cocktail to the right glute. Incredibly smooth and painless which is surprising to me because I've had trouble pinning glute in the past. Steaks cooking and making up tuna fish for snacking at work. Diet has been on point and I'm noticing some tightening this week. Here's some porn for you swanks... Bad pic of abs but I was loving how thick my arms have been.
