Background- I ran Havoc a year and half ago. It worked well. After the cycle, I broke my hand playing soccer. Lost everything.
Stats- I am late 20s, 5'11, 160 lbs, low body fat. I am a runner, and built like one.
Plan
On Cycle;
Havoc- 30/30/30/40/40
Fish Oil- 2000 mgs
Taurine- 5 gs
CEL Cycle Assist (Start 2 weeks before Havoc)
Off Cycle;
Liquid Nolva- 20/20/10/10
DAA
CEL Post Assist
I will probably be eating around 4000 cals/day. Macros will be 40/40/20 for Protein/carbs/fat.
I haven't ordered everything yet. Could someone do a sanity check and make any recommendations? I ran something similar last time, but for four weeks not five.
