28 day on clen with keto to lose a few % of BF before bulk stack?

Guys, I am thinking about doing a 28 day cycle of Clen shown below with keto thrown in after the first two weeks throughout the rest of the 28 days

Day 1 60MCG
Day 2 60MCG
Day 3 60MCG
Day 4 80MCG
Day 5 80MCG
Day 6 80MCG
Day 7 100mcg
Day 8 100mcg
day 9 100mcg
Day 10 120MCG
Day 11 120MCG
Day 12 120MCG
Day 13 140MCG OR 120MCG (120mcg may be max I want to do I hear)
day 14 140MCG OR 120MCG
Day 15 140mcg OR 120MCG
Day 16 160MCG OR 120MCG
Day 17 160mCg OR 120MCG
Day 18 160MCG OR 120MCG
Day 19 120MCG
Day 20 120MCG
Day 21 120MCG
Day 22 80MCG
Day 23 80MCG
Day 24 80MCG
Day 25 40MCG

Not sure if I need to go down towards the end or if 160 is a little high. I have heard that 120 is prob as high as I will want to go with it being my first time. I have seen people say that they have gone over 200mcg and that seems high to me.

Anyways, right now I am 5'8" 190lbs with 17% BF. I would like to focus on diet and Cardio while on clen and get down below 12% before a bulk cycle.

Give me some opinions and suggestions on if that cycle makes sense with 1mg of Keto after the 2nd week to the finish and also how long do I need to wait to start a bulk cycle when I get done with this? Can you run clen cycle, test cycle, clen cycle?? I have never done any of this before and would I am very open to all advise

I'd start at 40mcg being your first time.
It hits pretty strong.

ok, thank you. I was thinking that too. They come in 40mcg so starting with 40 would make sense. I hear that they hit pretty hard at first from what I have read.

Does anyone recommend the time frame between when I stop clen to when I start bulk cycle?
