Celtic Mass + Trestobol experience


So this isn't gonna be a hardcore log more so just a tracker for myself.

I control most of my diet except for dinner kinda fall in line with what the parents are doing. Before I get grief on why are you running cycle's while you live at home, my mother is a quadriplegic and I take care of her to an extent. Both of them are aware of exactly what I am doing, hell my mother had extra oral syringes she game for me the aromasin and nolva.

Little background info so from 07-11 I was a mechanic, working out wasn't really in the picture due to how physical my job was but I put on a decent amount of strength doing that job. In 12 I took my first serious desk job as a service adviser. Now being that I didn't work a physical job anymore I got serious into working out. Put about 3k into home equipment.

Once I can afford a shed for the backyard I get to clear out the basement and expand the home gym. Goal is a full Texas Strength Systems home set up, cage w/weight storage&pullup&dip, FID Bench, GHD/Reverse Hyper, Hyper/Chest Supported Row, Lat pull down/low row, leg ext/curl, will probably do homemade deadlift platform. Probably just gonna go 1000lbs in cap grey standard plates, haven't 100% decided on the bar I want yet. Hopefully in 6 months I can achieve this.

Before I get tons of criticism on the bf%. I am taking a unique approach to the situation, I don't want to cut my diet and drop muscle and fat just to bulk back up slowly. I am trying to have a lateral transfer weight wise of fat to lean body mass, so I can maintain my current eating style and just clean it up so when I do achieve this weight or greater I can already eat to maintain it.

Finished that around 11am and concurrently probably filled it 6-7 times more throughout the day with water.

Felt the lethargy kicking in when the trest wore off around 9am but was better around noon and felt good till 7.

to make 2 sandwiches on some stop&shop whole wheat

By about 6pm I felt the superdrol carb cravings hardcore.

Got home just wanted carbs mowed down a 7oz Chef Boyardee lasagna. I know terrible but I just ate the first thing in site that I didn't have to prepare.

Thoughts for the day.

I feel the Trest euphoria over the sd lethargy. Well not euphoria really it just kinda seems to keep me baseline. The lethargy is noticeable but bearable. Towards the late afternoon felt like I might be getting E sides which is why I dosed the aromasin. Nuts are still plump. The workout was ok my lacking equipment to hit legs hard keeps legs day kinda bleh. Muscles are feeling fuller, no noticeable strength gain yet, possible slight endurance gain.

Taking tonight off from lifting, sinus was all types of congested today, didn't feel terrible but head was inflated most of the day(went to pop my ears early in the morning right ear drum inflated and wouldn't deflate that was annoying for like 5 hours). Definatly feel like I'm leaning out, no real sides as far as I can tell unless this sinus infection is a side, but my sinus hate me and this happens like 4-5 times a year anyway.

Just kicked back and relaxed, one of my buddies was interviewing for a position at my job when he was getting out we decided to grab lunch round 2-2:30. Tried this new place Shake Shack - he got lost as all hell cause of the Boston marathon(rest in peace to the three who died today and my prayers go the all the rest who were injured). I work in downtown Boston at a Honda dealer just in case there are any Boston members following this thread they will know where.

Anyway so lunch was a splurge with their shack stack burger, and a malted vanilla shake.

Got home around 3:30 still trying to shake this sinus infection ended up taking a nap till about 7ish. Also just generally tired as **** from working 12 out of the past 13 days and most of those days 7am till 7pm.

40mg of Trest is def a PWO sweet spot, maybe later on in the cycle I might toy with 60mg pre. Pumps were badass during the workout, energy was on point, shoulder is feeling like it's at 80-90% still feel it but barely. Sinus infection congesting me nasal and chest but overall feel ok just congested.

Would have incorporated Romanians too but was feeling the back pumps from Celtic mass, so I didn't want to push my lower back. Pullups to would be included, but seeing as how I did some last night and my normal split has been shot to **** to my shoulder being a bitch I just kept it simple.

Felt some good aggression through the workout, though that could have partly been my day I wanted to kill my mechanic for being idiots. Strength is still the same, weight is still the same. No atrophy really that I can tell they still seem normal, once they seemed smaller but went back.

Upping Celtic Mass dosage tomorrow to 60mg to see if i can net some results.

I was being asked to come celebrate catching the Boston Marithon bombers, against my better decision I figured a beer or two wouldn't kill me.

So I popped 2 more Talos just for peace of mind, went out ended up having 3 beers in about 3 hours, didn't really feel terrible or anything but I know it was a bad idea.

Judge my decisions as you will I'm just keeping my log honest, I'm not perfect nor are most of the people in the world, I'm not going to lie and pretend about a perfect diet or making mistakes.

Overall good day, felt good doing the 240 Romanians, grip strength is up holding 120lb dumbbells used to be almost impossible now I had them on lock down. I guess I am having a physical appearance change was commented by almost a dozen people that I looked better.

Thoughts, Size is feeling up. Arms felt pumped measured them right after my workout coming in at 18 inches with the pump, I was barely hitting 17 precycle. Still no sides cept for back pumps and maybe some lethargy, but if I am doing something the lethargy isn't an issue, caffeine seems to negate the lethargy too.

Not dead, been so long cannot remember the specifics.

I had a couple problems during the cycle with the shoulder tweak, then i want to say i had a mild cold week 3, and then a slight back tweak, then had some crazy bp spikes when i was doing 80/100 and backed down to 60/80. Up total about 20 pounds, lost about 10 after pct. Lifting fell off for a while due to the stress of work, then switched jobs back to fixing cars, and was doing physical **** all day and was beat. Then got the celtic rep gig in like april, then was getting used to the physical job, then switched jobs in july, no health insurance didn't want to go nuts and hurt myself. Finally getting back to being stable. Still want to get a power rack.

I thought Dmb doesn't need a test base though?
Doesn't need it but it's drier than initially thought. I wouldn't run a cycle without a test/trest base so I usually suggest it.
